Club Car Wash is AWESOME! My Jeep always gets remarkably clean, and the one time I had an issue (after a long and extreme-dirtiness-inducing road trip), the quite kind and personable Rich (or Rick, the name escapes me) gave me some helpful advice that worked perfectly on my next wash. Their dryers work really well, too, and--unlike at many other car washes around the country--the towels they have for post-wash detailing smell great and seem very clean, unlike the normally musty ones at other places (that is, if they even provide towels for free). I went for the Wednesday $10 special. It was the best wash. I was a little intimidated inside the wash. It was blinding with bright lights and a blizzard of soap. But it was excellent. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic. I would go again and use the free vacuum and mat cleaner. It was cold and windy so I stayed in my van. read more

Had damage. Was promised they would fix it. No call. Finally got through tk corporate. They won't fix as I can't prove the damage wasn't there beforehand. I can, new to me used car - so had a TON of recent photos from sale and me just liking it. They keep hiding my review whenever I post the damage. Just trying to post again to prevent this for others. You'r eon your own, and it WILL damage your paint - even if only scratching. I recommend singke-use paid gas station washes in town - way better and touchless options, just less fanfare and disco lights. read more

Called to buy a gift card as a Christmas gift. The woman I spoke with clearly didn't want to be bothered. She told me I had to go to the location to buy it. The only problem is that I don't live near a location. Apparently, she wasn't listening when I told her I wanted to buy a gift card as a GIFT. She then explained a lengthy process I would need to go through online to purchase one. Forgive me, but I'm used to a little bit of customer service. When I've called other businesses, they were happy to take my order and send the gift card. I will never purchase anything from this place. No customer service provided here at all. read more

These guys can't get seem to get the correct wash and just don't care. When I tell the guys running the wash that the wash is incorrect rather than fixing the problem they tell me to "just go through because the mvp wash and vip wash are basically the same" which is a lie. That's why the wash is never correct because rather than fixing it and giving me what I paid for they'd rather send me through and have everyone else's wash be wrong. If you have to pay monthly, get the rookie, chances are you will get a better wash because it's always wrong. I've been a MVP customer since this place opened, not anymore. I'll never be back Kendall. You're probably the retard responsible for the wash never being correct. First of all I never leave bad reviews due to the fact I'm a positive person in almost every situation. But in this certain case,I was so upset, I honestly don't care to much about this place and I'm going to make that very clear. Went to club car wash Tuesday for the 10 dollar special. I Gave the young lady at the register two 5 dollar bills. I proceeded through and got my wash. As I was done I used there vacuum cleaning device they provide. As I was using the vacuum the manager was walking around doing god knows what. And mentioned a comment to me about my truck being dirty still and he could see "dust" on it. As he proceeded to wipe the side of my truck with his hand. And My response " yeah I know right. Manger responds to me with "you know the vacuums are free you don't need to lie. I said politely back to the manager I paid for the car wash you can go ask the young lady at the register. The manager says okay well why don't you come back around we will run you through the wash again. I simply replied with thank you that's very nice of you. I pull up and wait 5 minutes or so, and as I reach the front gate/lift. I asked the young lady if she remembers me. I said I'm the one that gave you the two 5 dollar bills. She responds with " no I'm sorry, and she looks completely clueless. I explained to her that I LITERALLY just paid 15 min ago for my wash. And she didn't recall me one bit. While the Manager is standing right by her and says to me I knew you were a liar right to me. Completely caught me off guard!!! I told him "I paid with two 5 dollar bills, why are you calling me a liar right now" thinking in my head , I'm not the one that wanted to take my truck back through and get another wash, you offered it . And I asked if he could check the cameras because that would make the most sense before calling any costumer a liar for no reason. The manager lifted the yellow gate up and said to me " get out of here I don't have to check the cameras, you're a liar". And I actually work for Stark a concrete company in town and I poured all the concrete at this location. I've been a member for a few months and I like this car wash. Multiple locations within a few mile radius gives plenty of options. I like the fact that they have towels to wipe your car down and their vacuums work well. The unlimited wash policy as a member keeps your car clean during those challenging winter months where salt and road dirt can really mess up the appearance of your vehicle. read more

Today I went to the car wash! It was great until it wasn't! ( this was the first time there) The car wash ripped my side panel off on my driver side and started to pull apart my passenger side panel. When I brought this to the attention of the car wash manager he was incredibly rude to me. He told me that it was my fault that I shouldn't have gone through the car wash because my car is more than seven years old. However not one attendant said anything to me about that while they were taking my money!! He rudely informed me that I would not be getting a refund and then next time I need to be paying better attention. You can see in one of the photos that I am still trying to talk to him and he's walking away from me. They do not care about their clients or vehicles. My truck always comes out spotless! Just went to the car wash yesterday had a great experience! The staff is very kind, they offer you rags to wipe down your car's interior while you car is being washed, they will even clean out floor-mats for you! Such as weather tech. I was in line with about 3-4 cars in front of me it was super speedy! Didn't wait more then 5 minutes. read more

2016 vehicle had paint removed from the front bumper during a wash. claim was filed but declined due to "prior damage" to vehicle. I asked 3 times for proof of the prior damage since i was unaware of any rocks chips prior. Nothing was ever sent back. They have 10+ cameras inside the wash so this evidence must exist. Body shop quoted 1000 to repaint bumper which I am stuck with. read more

Damage to paint on front panel - stripped off in several areas. New car, so happened to have lots of dated pictures. Teenage worker admitted blame, assured me they will pay for it, do not worry, there are procedures for this. Call from corporate a week after making damage report, as it was reported the next morning and not the same day they could not possibly be held responsible for damages. Price for court more than the $1,500 in damages done. Changed to Rainstorm and have never looked back. Do not recommend. There's far better options in town, with multiple locations to choose from with a monthly pass. read more

Wash has deflated tires due to their loading procedures. Following the second occurrence have cancelled and will NOT be returning!

Hands down the best car wash in Bloomington/Normal. Do not bother trying rainstorm. Club car wash cleans the car very well!
