John is the floater now and I've know him for years through ClearviewFCU so it's nice to see a friendly face that knows me by name as well! They have a great group here. I still am not at 5 stars because of no drive thru teller/banking and the ATM is still a regular one. If they could at least up that to the new live teller ones like Burrell did that would be helpful!

When sought to correct, this bank escalated things to the police in order to prevent correction. This attempt failed from the bank with the police because they had no right to assign anyone to a power of attorney that was not requested to be included on a power of attorney. The result was the son getting barred from the bank for life because he asked why the bank did that. The bank had no sympathy for the family member and only took actions in their own interests. Such as banning the individual for life from the bank when the person asked why they did something that they are not allowed to do (unless banks can assign anyone to anything they like First Commonwealth Bank did..), This bank is getting away with whatever they want too. The assistant manager's name was Angie out of the Delmont branch and manager's name was Wendy. Also, general manager made a further decision to close all accounts including son's business account who banked with establishment without any issue for 11 years. My name is Michael Kokolis and this is all true. This bank and all of its corporate managers where aware of the events. This bank simply protected the bank by banning the son and took actions to the local police, Delmont Pennsylvania Police Station, when the son was just trying to simply find out why, how, and what gave them the right to act in the manner that they did. And after all the bank will not stop emailing the son, for over a year, offers to do business, when the son is banned from ever doing business with them. It's really sicking. This bank has proven to the son that they can do whatever they want to him, answer no questions, and still harass him with emails inviting him to do business with the bank that has banned him form ever doing business with... After a long week of running around at work, I needed to take a detour to get home and this was…read morejust what I needed. I found myself in New Stanton getting fuel and had a check that needed depositing. I did a quick search and made my way here. So another adventure in vehicular banking. After leaving what people considered to be New Stanton I made my way here. I felt like I was being punked. The bank is the only business on this side of the road, the rest is fields. To do my vehicular banking I had to go around the back. If I remember correctly this is not an updated ATM. It spit out an envelope and I had to take a bit of time to fill that out while being yelled at by the machine asking if I needed extra time. Of course I did, I didn't expect to have to do extra work at that point. Did my thing, all while I thought something might have come out of the woods (remember, this is late at night for me). Finish my banking and make my way out to exit. Be careful exiting. The exit for the bank is right next to another road, I mean a fence or a post is separating the two. Pay attention as well. I almost got hit exiting.

I came here on Monday 2/7. My brain was beyond frazzled after coming from a 5 hour meeting at my…read morework, but I had such a positive, stress free experience. I didn't make an appointment so when I walked in I was greeted and "got in line" on my phone using a QR code and texting system. I barely had to wait before I was able to sit down and address what I needed. Sometimes when I talk to people in finance they make me feel like an idiot for not having the same level of financial literacy they do. Mansplaining? Perhaps. Banker-splaining? Definitely. Not so with Kevin! He sat down with me and was down to earth, kind and answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly without making me feel stupid or rushed. Kevin patiently helped me not only select a credit card that fits just want I need, but printed a new slate grey debit card to replace my falling apart ugly orange one and switched my one account to a performance select account. I'm happy to know I'm making the most of my money. Because I had such a positive experience, I came back again to make sure a check that I mobile deposited went through. This is my home bank and I use it for work and personal. Staff is wonderful. The thing that I get…read morefrustrated with is not related to this bank but are related to PNC policies in general so know that there's nothing they can do about it. I like walking up to the teller and seeing people in person. I don't want to be pushed towards technology or making deposits in a slot. Let me visit with someone and wait in line if I want to. I've noticed if a line gets long for tellers, a banker often jumps in to help which is great. Business bankers do a great job. I've done wire transfers several times, opened accounts and had questions ... they are always knowledgeable and help. Thank you!
