This time Pulirr sent one cleaner to clean my 9900 square foot home and told her to complete it in 4 hours. They provided her a long list of things not to do which she was happy to show me. She explained she was a subcontractor and this was her first job with Pulirr. She did not do a proper job, did not use soap and water to mop, did not use dusting spray to dust, and was slow and seemed confused as to what her actual responsibilities were. When she was "done" I pointed out to her that she missed stairs that were not vacuumed and bedrooms and bathrooms that were untouched that she said she did not see. The entire experiance was exhausting and I was surprised that Pulirr would send one person out to a home like mine. They knew my home was very large, yet they sent one person on their first job, totally unvetted.
