He was professional and started taking BEFORE pictures of the car (2021 White Lexus ES350) right away. He asked me to take advantage of having him touch up additional minor scratches/dings at no extra charge, and I did. The work that he done far exceeded my expectations. The car literally looks as it did when I first purchased it. I couldn't have been any happier. It took a little under an hour and a half to complete it, to my surprise. However, the job was sooo emmaculantly done, that I couldn't even tell that the damage was once there. The paint match was a 100% match, even down to the pearl shining in the sun. SMH. I am very pleasantly pleased. Hopefully, I will not have to do anything like this again, but, if I do, A Body Shop Near Me and Rocky are my Go To.

Richard responded with a more reasonable price than others and suggested a very economical touch-up paint solution since the damage was small. I happily agreed. He showed up on time as scheduled. Because the scratches were tricky and the pearl white color is hard to match, Richard ended up spending much more time than estimated to do the touch-up paint. He also fixed two rock chips on the front hood along the way. The results were almost invisible and at a very fair price. I'm extremely satisfied and plan to call Richard again in the future whenever I accumulate more scratches or rock chips. Now that I know SAP, I'll never be frustrated about small dings and scratches again.

I was a little skeptical since they didn't have any reviews and it was surprisingly affordable so I reached out, and boy am i glad that I did. They were incredibly communicative about every step of the way just getting to the car. When they arrived they did notice a spot on the bumper that wasn't visible in the pictures that i sent, but the increase in payment was only for materials and nothing extra for labor even though it was my mistake. After they took the vehicle they sent updates with pictures of the car so i could see the progress and i didnt have to worry aboutif it would be dont in time. It took a little over 24 hours to repair both door panels and the rear bumper. But the biggest thing that i appreciated was the fact that he wabted an honest review, and emphasized an Honest review. I ended up here because my insurance, Geico, works with them. Felt good about that. So grateful they made my appt with Car Source Collision. Although, the damage didn't seem significant at first, it added up after everything was completed but that would have been the case at any other shop. After leaving my truck for repairs, the rental car company provided pick up from the shop. Unfortunately, I left my wallet at the shop (with lots of important info/cash/several credit cards) and Matt, personally delivered it to my location within minutes. So grateful he did that! Matt was pretty awesome throughout the entire process; nice, professional while explaining the process, providing estimated repair time, etc. The mechanics did a great job, my truck looked exactly like it did before the accident. Actually, it looked even better in and out, because they detailed my car too! Loved that! The insurance covered all the repairs but I would definitely use use this shop again, even if I had to pay out of pocket.

Andrew was amazing..explaining the process, keeping me posted on updates, and even graciously transporting me to/from the car rental place. But the absolute best part-my car repair looked fantastic!! Perhaps looked even better than prior to my fender bender :) Also, Car Source Collision Center was the most cleanest and stylish body shop Ive ever visited.
