Each time I was told someone would call me back. Additionally, I was told the pictures were sufficient to provide an estimate. However, no estimate was ever provided. Also sent final email to the shop and Koons Toyota asking for a response before writing my review...with no response. Basically, just ignored my request. Would have been more appropriate just to say they didn't want to honor the discounted price they would provide to Koons. So, I guess Koons Toyota of Arlington is equally responsible.

Anyways, I was looking for a place that could fix the dent at a reasonable price. I found this place online after researching places in the area and decided to try them out. They are able to give you a pretty accurate estimate online (quickly too) if you send them the pictures and describe the issue. However, they also do free estimates in person if you want something more accurate with in-person accuracy. I decided to drop off my car overnight and was able to pick up the car in under 24 hours. Customer service is great. Their place is super clean (as it should be) and this is basically what they specialize in. Definitely recommend this place if you have minor dents or damage to the body of the car and would rather go here than pay a deductible through your insurance company and go through the hassle of rental cars, filing a claim, and ending up at some random shop that works with your insurance company. The proof is in the pictures! Will use again for other vehicles!
