I couldn't believe how clean it looked when they were done. They also let us use one of their high power fans overnight to dry the carpet. Plus they were professional and cordial. They couldn't be sure what the spot was from after a month. I was never told there was a time limit if the spot "seeped" back. Of course, since I live in another city there are now no trucks scheduled and they will "call me". I will NEVER use or recommend them again.
