BIG mistake...we are still waiting for Jason to return the lamp shade that got paint on it, and to open the upper closet doors in 2 bedrooms that are painted shut, cannot open. Was not Happy with follow up I had with this company in April when we were preparing to put our house up for sale. Overall the job was good but Painters failed to reconnect my washer's water line upon finishing the painting in the laundry room. I went to wash a load of clothes that night and Water poured out all over! We Immediately turned waster off and scrambled to sweep water out and dry the floor. The laminate did however buckle somewhat. Jason Page did come to see the floor the next day and said he had a "floor guy" that could fix it if we waited a few more days to see what the floor would do. I called our insurance and it could be covered after we paid deductible but the insurance would file a claim with Page & Son. Time was running out for our sale time frame of the house so We decided to wait to see if maybe Jason's "floor guy" would come by. I contacted Jason 2 more times was promised a visit. As I said, the floor had some visible damage which I had to disclose to buyers. No apology, repair or any type of compensation was made by Page & Son. JASON Talked a "good talk." I called Jason to paint my house a while back. It was easy to set up the appointment and he was very clear on what he will do and what we can expect. The price he provided was fair for the work that needed to be done. When the work was complete, overall Jason and his team did a great job, the only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they did miss a lot of the smaller details such as painting the small gaps between the boards on my deck, uneven paint lining on my windows but overall for the price, Jason and his team did a pretty good job, I would recommend them. read more

Once we got everything scheduled, it only took his team a total of two days to paint my 4000+ sqft house. Update after project number 2 was completed by Jason and his crew. This time they painted the entire outside of my home. There was quite a bit of wood rot as well as some old, very ugly shutters. I'm not taking anything away from my original review. Initially I was thoroughly impressed with the process. I should have known it was too good to be true. Again, not taking away from how good of a job Jason's team did on my cabinets. However, I've been attempting to get an estimate for a new job for NINE days. Jason no called no showed on me TWICE, I even got off work early one of the days for this. When I called him regarding the no shows he just says I'm sorry it was hot and we are busy, I completely get that. But HELLO COMMUNICATION?!? I wish he would have just told me he's too booked to do the job. I then asked if he even has time to do my job, he says yes. I asked if I could send him pics to expedite the process for my quote. When I offered that Jason said YES send the pics to me and I'll get back to you tonight. Sure enough ZERO correspondence. I called the next day, he says text me if I don't get back to you tonight so I do shoot him a reminder text, sure enough NO REPLY or call back. It's just unprofessional and unbelievable. Night and day from my first experience with this company. I finally left him a message saying never mind, no need to even get me that quote since it doesn't seem like it's on the agenda anyway. EXTREMELYYY frustrating as a single female homeowner because I wanted this job completed by 7/15. So 5 stars for my original experience and -1 star for my most recent experience with the owner Jason. Unfortunate really, I thought I found a stand up company which is rare. I'm almost in shock at how smooth the process was dealing with Jason and his team. Out of approx 15 calls I made to attempt to get estimates to paint my kitchen cabinets, Jason was one of the three who actually did call me back. Jason was the only one who didn't make me feel like the job was too small. He really worked around my tight schedule, came to me the next day for the estimate and then squeezed me into their busy schedule to accommodate the week I had off. Jason gave me a reasonable price, his team was done in one day. I feel like they went above and beyond to please this customer. Horrible customer service we live in discovery bay and was looking for painters when we came across Jason's card. We met up he was very friendly seemed to be honest and very polite. So we hired him to paint and fix a little dry rot and a couple of boards on our deck.they came worked hard and was done in less than a week. Towards the end Jason charges us another almost 1000.00$ for dry rot work he already priced in the original estimate which was the size of a dinner plate. Then we noticed one of our side doors was not painted at all not to mention he painted our deck a whole different gray color than we picked out, then tried denying it, but left the can of paint in our yard. Our house is all web gray and black why would they leave a can of peppercorn gray in our backyard if they never used it?? We called numerous times and excuse after excuse was given and this was 2 months ago after almost 10,000$ you would expect at least you whole house be painted now we still have a brown door. Sad part is my husband is disabled and Jason promised he would make us happy and didn't even call us back to fix this.
