Right after we moved in Tim Bubniak redid our deck & did a fabulous job on a deck with 14 glass panels in the railing system. They all had to be removed & reinstalled which went flawlessly as did the rest of the job. We've noticed recently that our dock & slips were becoming very unstable & our very old hydro hoist, that had been modified previously, was having some very serious issues. We had Tim come out and he pointed out several of our dock stabilizers were broken and some of the bolts had "rounded" out their holes in others. We also had several flotation issues. Tim gave us an estimate for the repairs & a new hydro hoist & a date the work would be done. Everything went just as he said, the dock repairs were done the 2 days before the hydro hoist arrived & it was installed the next day. There was quite a bit of extra work his guys had to do but Tim stuck to his original bids. We couldn't be happier with the work. The dock & gangway are now level & stable and the new hydro hoist is a tremendous improvement over the old one. As a retired plumbing contractor I can't say how much Tim's professional attitude & the quality of his companies work provides for our peace of mind. While they were at our house replacing our carpet with hardwood floors, my dog Fiona accidentally got out. I wasn't home at the time and got a call saying she had escaped. My heart dropped and I rushed home in a panic. I immediately went to the park where I always walk her, searching and calling her name. There was no sign of her. I ran up and down the street, then went back to the park and called her name even louder. Suddenly, from across the park, I saw Fiona running as fast as she could straight toward me. At the same time, a man named Anthony got out of his car and ran toward her to help. When I finally picked Fiona up, I was so overwhelmed with relief and gratitude that I asked him if I could give him a hug. When I got back to the house, I found out something that touched my heart even more -- the entire crew from TSP Remodeling had actually stopped working and went out searching for Fiona to help bring her home safely. Ray came highly recommended from a friend of mine who did a major kitchen remodel in her house…read more Ray did an amazing job on my kitchen. He stayed on budget, did a wonderful job on the cabinet installation, plumbing and electrical. In fact another contractor, the cabinet maker came by to check the work and was impressed with Ray's workmanship. One of the things we did was to raise our kitchen ceiling that was dropped down to support the old fluorescent fixture encasing. Ray came in before the project, put a camera through to make sure we will not run into any major issues such as structural support beams that could kill the whole project. He worked hard to keep the project on time despite delays from the cabinet makers and countertop installers. He provided a lot of valuable insight on lighting and electrical, grout color, etc. While we had decided to raise the ceiling by only 5", after the demolition Ray pointed out that we could have our ceiling raised against the roof to produce a grander feel. It was up to us to make the decision and we were not rushed or pressed. We went for it and we are so glad we did. Ray addressed the plumbing and electrical work that came with that and now when folks visit the house they are in awe of Ray's idea. Obviously that change added time to the project, but Ray pulled the schedule in with high quality workmanship so as not to delay the whole project. Ray was very flexible with my changing needs and accommodating to the schedule. He was very careful in my house and treated my new hardwood and new paint with respect as if it was his home.
