Plenty of items on sale, worth cycling through to keep up with bargains. People who enjoy their hobbies will appreciate being able to actually look at items, as we've all been had by online "great deals" that failed the quality test.

I said to her yes ma'am, they sure are. They're quilting pins. Then she made another employee come finish my transaction because she said she could not work with us. She was the colored lady that worked on Sunday October 26th. Ask Mike about it.... Your other employee he witnessed the whole entire thing and then said he was so sorry for her inappropriate behavior.

I ended up purchasing a large amount due to the sale ending the next day and i didn't want to miss out on the deal. After going home and deciding on what i wanted to keep i took the rest back to return. No issues there. A few more days down the line i changed my mind again and needed less charms due to a change in guests for my event. So i had to take a few more back, unopened of course. This older lady... Debora.. was very passive aggressive with me. I was trying to make conversation and say how sorry i was that it was so complicated due to the last person marking all over the receipt with pen and making it confusing. She goes "well we know how to read it but when you do 2 separate returns it makes it confusing for us". In an annoyed voice. And so i go "well it would just be nice for you guys if you just needed to scan each item like every other store instead of needing to match up barcodes." Trying to show how i was being empathetic to her. That just really irritated me. It was so unnecessary to be that way. She didn't even say bye she just handed me my receipt and moved to the next person.

I'm sad they got rid of the coupon but they have held true to their promise to offer some really amazing deals. There's always great sales going on. My only complaint about this location is that it is always so busy. It always takes at least 20 minutes or longer to get through the line. I don't think there's really much they can do about it because every registers open but it's just crazy busy. I have found myself going to Michael's to avoid the crowds, in hopes That I will find alternative items, but I rarely do. So guess I will just tolerate the lines lol. Hobby lobby is worth it! The parking lot is huge but parking is usually a bit of an issue but there are spaces always available further out in the parking lot.

Rhonda the owner welcomed us with open arms and explained in detail what her store was about. We figured out we could make a sign to commemorate our years together and it was just the best time after that. There are so many options of what to make and the guidance Rhonda provided was outstanding. This place is perfect for a date night, company gathering, or any other event that you want to be creative and have something you can be proud of in your hand when you leave. Cost was not an issue imo and was very reasonable. If you're looking for something fun to do in Waco add this place to your list. I Promise you won't be disappointed.

The owner explained very carefully what he could do, which was mount it on an appropriate backing, then gave us a very wide choice of frames (I think he said they have about 2000 to choose from). We picked the painting up today, and it looks better than when we bought it! It is smooth, the frame is perfect, both in construction and by setting off the painting to advantage. The service was timely, and considering what we brought in, and what we left with, the price was quite reasonable. There was even a correct-weight hanger enclosed. We could not be more pleased with the service, or the result. There is a mini-gallery of local artists on display, so this is a local business supporting local artists.
