I take full responsibility for not following my first mind. He never told me that the side tint would be a different color/shade from my factory tint in the back. In addition, the front strip tint was darker than the back window tint. So there you have it, 3 different shades of tint on my brand new car. I asked him about that and to perhaps correct/fix it so it will be close to the same shade, of course he got really angry and said I'll just give you a refund Maam. Okay, he gaslighted me saying he refunded my account already. After waiting 2 weeks, nothing deposited! Another 2 weeks of waitin-nothing!! After stopping by the business to check status, he looks at my car and see it tinted the right way from SPF (all 1 color), begins laughing and stated "You paid them to do the same thing I did" then recanted his original statement to give a refund. He said; "Naw, you not getting a refund!" Leave my business!! He never intended to refund me for the terrible work even though it was him who suggested it. Stay away from Mr. Tintman and his 2 workers. No Professionalism, No Refund, Bad work, Bad Business, Confrontational, Bad work ethics, again, Very UNPROFESSIONAL‼

Long story short, it took two wrong engines before they got the correct one. No one called to update me. The only way I knew both times that there was a delay was because I had to call to check on the status of the car. No one called to update me on what was going on. After the correct engine was put in the car, the SAME DAY we picked it up, my son was o n the side of the road. Car wouldn't crank, all kinds of error messages on the dashboard. Bedrock towed the car BUT charged me for the towing!!! Had I known this, I could have had my insurance company tow it at no cost. When I complained about this I was told it's standard for them to charge. BULL. They got over on me. If I would have been told there was a charge, I would have called my ins company. And the LEAST Bedrock could have done was pay the fee being they just released the car to me THE SAME DAY it ended up on the side of the road!!! MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER. Oh and I had to get a battery too after they towed the car and checked it again. WHY was that not checked when they had for almost a MONTH??? I believe I was cheated out of my money and am seriously considering calling a lawyer. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!

My buddy also wanted to get an amp wired for his car. We were given quotes we both felt decent about and asked when they could fit us in for installation. He said he could get one of us done on Friday if we dropped the car off. The next morning at 930am I did just that after again calling to confirm they could have it done. I waited around Mobile after work that day and finally went in at 5:50pm to pick up the vehicle. I was then asked if my ride left because my vehicle wouldn't be done that day. I was frustrated but obliged and got another ride and went home several hours after I could've been home had I know the work wouldn't be done. On Saturday I waited around until noon and finally decided to call and check on the status and I was nonchalantly told "oh yeah it's done." Great, so now I got another ride for the 35 minute drive again from my house to finally pick up the truck. I am very perturbed with the lack of communication. All it takes is transparency and communication. I had plans to bring my other vehicle to get a sub and amp installed as did my buddy but now we will go to another location or business all around. The system does sound great as expected from Kicker and an audio professional installing it.

Copy-paste review Stopped at Keith's Superstore #151 on Hwy 49 and had one of those small but frustrating experiences. The staff was friendly, but the setup makes no sense. If you're going to sell ice cream, it might be a good idea to keep the spoons near the ice cream instead of having customers walk all over the store trying to find one after they've already paid. I was told it was "over there... no, around here... near the counter," and by the time I would have actually found the spoons, the ice cream was already melting. I ended up throwing it in the trash, leaving, and driving about two miles down the road to Dairy Queen just to get my ice cream fix. To be honest, the ice cream itself was pretty watery too, so it didn't have much time before it started turning into a milkshake anyway. It just needed to last long enough for me to find a spoon, which apparently was harder than expected. Just a suggestion -- I know it sounds crazy, but putting spoons next to the ice cream might make things a lot easier for customers. Not a huge deal, just one of those little things that could make the place run smoother.

The pump that we were on spewed gas everywhere. We told him and he refused to give the full amount back. Then, we simply asked to transfer the gas to the other pump and he refused to give the amount of gas back that was wasted on the ground. We had to go back in the gas station several times because he continuously acted like he didn't understand what the problem was when it was thoroughly and clearly explained. He was rude and argumentative! He began to pretend that he didn't understand the language, but since he was the only one out front, it was crystal clear that his employer knew that he understood everything very well! He argued and acted like we were trying to take more than we paid for at the pump. It was only less than $2 that he needed to give back!!! We had another place to go and be on time. He cost us at least an extra 20 minutes of time that we should've had to eat and relax. We also had on our Sunday-go-meeting clothes, and ladies, you all know how uncomfortable that can be sometimes. It was 100 degrees!! We were burning up, and that guy made us walk in and out of that gas station over FOUR times, back and forth over LESS THAN $2!! He knew that all he had to do was add it back to the other pump that he told us to move our car over to at that time. He also did not offer any receipt. ALWAYS get a gas receipt there if you just have nowhere else to go besides this awful place. We tried to get receipts at the pump, there was no paper in the machine at the pump for the receipt to be printed on either. It seems that this employee was having a very bad day and was looking for the first customer with any issue that he could take it out on. Horrible experience!!!
