I explained that time was of the essence & that bought from them based on them being a Mississippi Company (THEY ARE NOT) I paid my deposit on Sept 23rd 2025 with promises of a 2-4 week lead time. My install was finally set for Dec 9th & 10th. They did not start my install until Dec 12th & finished Dec 16th The fine print in their contract only benefits them. They will lie to you Or mislead you with promises that they will not keep, anything to make a sale. They are only a sales team, NOT the construction Company. They farm out your contract to a 2nd party, who then subs out the installation. They subbed out my 24 x 35 x 12 building to Affordable Carports. LLC. They in return did not honor the lead time quoted to me by ProStructures. I was told by Tony the salesman for ProStructures that they would adjust my cost for they delays. I retired & needed to move my store. (I paid an extra months rent on my computer store) due to all the delays) THEY DID NOT REFUND ME A DIME .They also did not install on the dates they finally set for installation. When they did show up , they informed that they brought the wrong gauge sheet metal I had ordered the 26ga they had brought me 29ga They then offered to deduct the cost difference between the 2 thicknesses. No extra for me not getting what I had contracted for. I declined their offer. I was told they would have the correct metal delivered & installed on Sunday, They no showed, no called, Affordable Carports. LLC.. Did give me a token $200 off the price for their screw up. Each delay caused scheduling problems with my insulating company & my electrician which pushed my completion time even further down the line. The crew that installed my building was subbed by Affordable Carports. LLC.. also the factory got paid (4) Companies took a bite of the pie that I paid for. They failed in communications, They also passed the blame around to each other with BS excuses & delays. The roll up doors are not metal, I believe the quality of install to be poor. Way more I could tell you about this fiasco but time & space makes that hard.

I used the company HANSCO, a demolition and excavation business, to remove an old and…read morenonfunctioning pool in my backyard. After getting extremely high bids from pool companies for the pool removal, I decided to see if a demolition company could do the work instead. I'm so glad that I found Shane at HANSCO. He was prompt and professional when he came to look over the site. We also had an old tree that had been planted in the patio area that had completely outgrown and cracked the concrete patio. He explained how they could also remove the tree and cracked concrete at the same time that the pool was being removed. The backyard would also be leveled after all of the removal work was done. The day that the work was started, all of the men showed up on time and immediately got to work. They removed the 6-foot cyclone fence from around the pool and all of the vegetation that had grown up through the years. Then came time to start the demo of the pool itself. They broke up all of the concrete sidewalk around the pool. This was something that the pool company was not going to do. The pool company only fills in the pool, so there would still be evidence that a pool had been in the backyard. The other workers then started on the tree removal and broken patio removal. The entire project only took two days to complete. I even asked about a couple of small tree stumps that were in the backyard that weren't included in the bid, and they quickly removed those for me too at no extra charge. I need to mention....HANSCO's bid for the entire project was 1/3 the cost that the pool company quoted me just to fill in the pool! The day before, I got a text to confirm if we were still "on" for today. We were scheduled for 9am Saturday. At 8:30am, I received a text telling me that they were on their way. Paul and Ramiro arrived at 9am sharp. They were wearing masks and dressed professionally. I hadn't initially been looking for or thinking about dryer vent cleaning. But since I'd never had either chimney or dryer done, it made sense to do them both. While Paul worked on the chimney, Ramiro worked on the dryer. They laid out a sheet to protect our floors and their cleaning kit kind of looked like a golf club bag. They were in and out within the hour and provided pictures of the work they had done. Lastly they texted me a receipt. As we will have more work to be done, we will definitely call them to come back.
