Do not use this company. Their bus and driver hit our gate months ago. We filed an insurance claim and they told their insurance company they were unaware of the incident. Their insurance company is refusing to pay even though we have photos of the bus damage, their paperwork, and the gate damage. Their driver was told do not go through the gate, let us unlock the big gate so he could get through. The driver didnt listen and went through it anyway damaging the bus and our gate. Now the veteran's group that rented the bus has to pay for our damage out of their pocket. Terrible company. read more

We used this company for a shuttle from a hotel to a wedding venue. The driver did not leave the hotel on time despite the fact that all passengers had boarded and even told him that it was time to leave. Upon arrival, he said he didn't know where he was supposed to drop us off or how to get there and ended up leaving us all at the bottom of a large gravel hill very far from the venue. Unfortunately, all of the passengers on the bus missed most of the wedding due to the poor management, communication, and planning of this company and driver. It is very unprofessional that a driver would be unaware of the proper time to leave and directions for drop off. It was extremely disappointing to travel into town and then miss our friends walk down the aisle. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER! Worst experience ever! Our usual company that we use had double booked our car. So we where very upset and called ETI. In all honesty we where going to switch had the service been impeccable. However, the driver was 40 mins late picking us up for a corporate party. In which I was speaking and did not make my speech because of the driver was late. When we arrived at the event the driver tried to drop us off and leave. When in fact we booked the car for several hours and told him he had to wait. I had to contact the dispatch lady who had to talk to the driver. Making us even later. Called and complained. I was told they would make it right and give my money back. It's been over 2 weeks and nothing yet. Attempted to call the office manager she's never available. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. Take an Uber or call another reputable company. read more

I used AAA limo & charter for my friends bachelorette party in San Antonio TX. Our driver Izzy (Isidoro) was absolutely fantastic! He showed up to our 20 mins early when we were still at dinner at a nearby restaurant. I asked if he would pick our group up from the restaurant instead and he agreed and arrived within 10 mins to our location. The bus was stocked with ice and ready to go!Not only was he courteous to my group the entire evening, he was very patient with us!( you can imagine what a group of 13 girls on a bachelorette party!) When Our "end time was near he didn't blink an eye when I asked to extend our reservation another hour to 2am. Based on AAAs suggestion chose their14 passenger party bus - super clean, and perfect for us! It even had a stripper pole! The reservations were a breeze as well... I used ETI Limo for transportation for about 80 conference attendees to and from the San Antonio airport. They were extremely easy to work with, always available to answer any questions I had, and proactive with communication. Proactive is incredible and hard to come by these days! Michael, the owner, was fantastic, as was everyone else I spoke to. Considering I never met with them in person and was not using the transportation myself, I was concerned because a lot can go wrong. Even though we had several flight delays coming into San Antonio, ETI was on point with making sure our guests were greeted at baggage claim and transported efficiently to the hotel. Terrible, terrible service. Called in early morning to ask for pick up in 2 hours. All friendly & nice with dispatcher. Called 1 hour before scheduled pick up (just in case) and was told ride "NOT IN THE SYSTEM." So, started over again. Dispatch called a driver while I held & came back and said he was on his way now. Guess he didn't listen when I told him twice what pickup time I needed .... Jeeze. So again he calls another driver who he tells me can do it & gave me driver's number. I call (just in case) and he says he can't be there until much later than I needed. I asked if I should call someone else and he hung up on me. Ended up calling Yellow Cab and made myself available for him and was on time for appt. after spending so much time on the phone with these fools from ETI. ETI went above and beyond for our wedding. They were on time and kept us in the loop on everything. They had to change the driver the day before our wedding since he got sick. Which is understandable; it was the communication that made us feel better. We asked if they could play a special song for us when they picked us up after the wedding. They don't even deserve one star... I called at 6:55pm for a taxi. The woman said she would find a driver and call me back in 5-10 minutes. After not hearing back in 30 minutes, I called again. The same woman said she was working to confirm a driver and would call me in a minute or two. Finally, at 8pm I called ANOTHER taxi company and they arrived in 5 minutes. We got a limo bus to take 30 of us from Austin to San Antonio for a Spurs game. Mr. Landry arrived on time and ready to go. He was friendly and we had a great time on the way to San Antonio. On they way back, it was a disaster. After leaving the stadium and heading back to Austin, we asked on 3 different occasions to increase the volume of the music. He said no and said, if we wanted music on, we could sit up in the passenger seat and do it ourselves. I understand if it was a stressful driving situation the first time but when we are well on our way with no traffic, on the freeway the 2nd and 3rd time. There is no reason why the music couldn't be turned up. We took the 2 hour ride back to Austin with the music on low. $1500 for a great experience went south fast!! read more

I used this company on April 29 2017 for a prom. The kids attend Brennan High school. The kids were extremely excited. I rented the large party bus with the tv and the music. I was told they could watch videos and listen to music. I paid 920 for 5 hours. The air went out on the bus, the music and the t.v. didn't work. I have contacted them everyday for the past week requesting something be done. Everyday Alex says she will call me back. Yesterday I was told the owner would call me this morning no call. So I call them at 12 and was told they would call me back. How do a company take money from kids and don't provide the services they were promised. The owner doesn't have the courtesy to call me. The kids prom experience was horrible due to this situation. The driver felt so bad he stopped to get the kids water and agreed that the air going out and the music not working is very unprofessional. The kids had spent money on makeup, hair and clothes. How do a company take money for kids and feel no need to call an apology or work out some type of refund. read more

Called to reserve an early morning (4:30 am) taxi pickup for Thanksgiving morning about a month prior to the date. Was told that they we would receive a call about 20 mins prior to their arrival. I called again two days before to reconfirm that we had a reservation and that driver would arrive. Called the day before to see if we could change the time by 15 mins and I was assured there would not be a problem. So, morning of the reservation, I called 5 min after the 20 min prior to arrival because we had not heard anything. Guy on the phone said he didn't have any drivers available and would call me back when he found one. Never got a phone call back. We had to scramble to the airport and pay for 10 days of parking due to AAA completing failing to fulfill the reservation. Will never try to use them again, and will definitely not recommend them to anyone. I am extremely dissatisfied. read more

I called the company back after the time was 15 min past scheduled, the lady looked me up and said it would be about 20 minutes because of an accident on the highway. I called back when it was 50 minutes late and I was told and the lady said she had no record of me and no one was coming; the whole time I was talking, she was yelling at someone else, very unprofessional company. A few weeks ago my daughter and several friends rented a charter bus for prom from this company. The pick up went well and the kids were taken to a spot for pictures and dinner. The driver was very nice and courteous. The problems began when they got back into the bus and went to their next location. The air conditioner stopped working and so did the music. Lots of money had been spent on hair and makeup that night and the kids practically melted before they even arrived at Prom, not to mention the music not working which put a damper on the atmosphere:( My daughter said it was the worst part of the night and not worth her hard earned money, which as a high schooler, is very hard to come by. One of the parents in our group, the one that initially made the arrangements, has called several times to speak with the manager about this experience and the manager to this date still hasn't returned her call. This experience has not been a good one unfortunately. I can't help but wonder, if we were and actual business charting clients, if we would be treated this way? I called many companies in San Antonio looking for a limo for my daughter's prom. All the kids were chipping in and I wanted to get them the best deal possible. To be honest I was a bit hesitant to book with AAA because they were cheaper than the other quotes I got, and I kept hearing "you get what you pay for" in the back of my head. But I took a leap of faith and booked them. The booking agent, Lexi, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the vehicles and suggested the white hummer limo. From the time I booked it up to the night of the prom AAA kept in contact with emails to confirm and remind me. AND every time I would call them, a person was available to take my call. The day before the prom there was a little issue with the party that had the limo the morning of the prom. Lexi called to inform me and told me she was working to resolve it and wanted to keep me in the loop. We talked several times that morning and she assured me that Patrick our driver could handle both the bookings and was confident he would be on time to get my daughters group. The limo was meeting us at the Eilan hotel where everyone met for photos. There were so many prom kids there as well and a couple of black limos. When that white hummer pulled up everyone stopped and looked. It was huge and awesome. Patrick was very nice, professional and greeted not only the kids but all the parents. He was very patient as everyone took photos getting in. At the end of the night my daughter told me Patrick was great and everyone had a good time. I highly recommend AAA limo and if it's prom night, get the hummer limo. And be sure to ask for Patrick! read more

My family and I were going on vacation, and I called AAA two days in advance to schedule an early morning pick-up to take us to the airport. The gentleman on the phone supposedly took my information and said the cab would be there at approximately 4am. On the morning of the pick-up, at approximately 3:55am, I got an uneasy feeling and decided to call the dispatch just to make sure the cab was coming as scheduled. I got a woman who basically treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about, and that she had no record of me getting scheduled for a pick-up. She did say there was another cab in the general area, and that she could have him pick us up. After 15 minutes, we tried to call back when the cab had not shown, but she was now screening the calls and not picking up. 30 minutes after we were supposed to get picked up, I called back using my daughter's cell (different number) and she miraculously picked up. I told her the cab driver still had not arrived, and she said the driver was lost and needed directions (one would think that in this day and age, cabs would be equipped with GPS). By this time, we decided to call Yellow Cab, who thankfully was in the area, and within 15 minutes, I see two vehicles racing up the street (Yellow and AAA) and the Yellow Cab got there first. The AAA woman on the phone had the audacity of getting verbally belligerent on the phone, and I simply hung up. The Yellow Cab driver was pleasant and professional, and his cab was equipped with GPS. Thankfully, we didn't miss our flight, but I will NEVER call AAA again, nor would I recommend anyone to. read more
