The good: The exam was good…read more The Bad: The new glasses themselves were shockingly expensive, and the lenses are not as good as the 12 year old glasses they are meant to replace. I sent them back to be re-done because the first time they were like straight-up readers (not what I asked for). When they came back the second time they were slightly better but feel almost like progressives because they are still too "reader like" and the prime focus area is below-center. I don't know how to say "I want the best focus to be 4-6+ feet away" The Ugly: I doubt I'll ever wear these glasses and will stick to the beat-up,scratched-up ones that just work.
