Not only rude but disrespectful to her own staff in front of patients, taking personal calls making patience wait on her for hours at a time. Overheard her on her personal phone call midway through my care that she's trying to sell her practice so it's not wonder she doesn't care about her patient. CHEAP EQUIPMENT. I had 5 different sets of temporary caps for 2 months and visiting every week due to them constantly falling off. Most of those visits the dentist herself left my mouth full of metal shavings or tooth glue from her sloppy work. My final set of caps they put on permanently, now my other teeth are sore from the improper fit. Now I have to go pay for more scans and X-rays at a DIFFERENT dentist after wasting 3 months of my time with them. When I voiced my complaints she told me "many other patients have had the same problem's" and no compensation for my horrible experience was offered.

Here we are April 1st and still not a dime of my money back. They say the lady that needs to refund has not been in that office.
