The theater has comfortable seats, and I like the fact that you can order food and have it delivered to your seat. However, I could not. give five stars because I think when you get food delivered to your seat, you should also have napkins and silverware delivered. I like the theater. It's hidden in the plaza the tickets range from $5-10. It's dine in and has a bar. The seats recline and are comfy. You said, and then a waiter will come and take your order, but then a bus boy will come and drop off the order. Sometimes they never even come back with your change. Best to just pay with card and they expect a tip every single time but sometimes they don't even come back to bring you the food. read more

This place was everything but luxury. Touchstar Luxury Cinemas is tucked away in an outdated plaza, and honestly, that's where it belongs--hidden. From the moment I walked in, the experience was underwhelming. The food is served on flimsy cardboard plates. I ordered grilled chicken quesadillas and found pieces of bone in them. I asked for ranch and was given sour cream. I tried submitting a request through their app, but no one ever came. I eventually had to leave my seat and miss part of the movie just to get the ranch I originally asked for. When I asked for a to-go box after the movie, they said they didn't have any. I asked if I could use one of the plastic tops they serve food with--again, no. Then I asked for a large cup to store the leftovers, and they said yes, but they'd have to charge me for the cup. Seriously? Most interactions with the staff felt awkward--like I was inconveniencing them just by asking questions. They looked like deer in headlights, unprepared and unsure of how to handle even basic requests. This was not a "luxury" experience by any stretch. Poor service, poorly trained staff, and cheap presentation. I left disappointed and frustrated. I do not recommend this theater. read more

We went with friends, 1st time in a movie theater for us in several years. We saw "Sound of Freesom" great film of a huge problem that a true story. The theater was clean all seats worked, bathroom was fine, people that worked there were nice. All in a party were positive. Definitely will go there again. read more

First time going here and my family and I loved it! The theater is small but it's really clean. They've got comfortable reclining chairs and they have a cocktail bar a menu with appetizers, entrees and desert. There are waiters that receive your order before the movie starts. Doesn't look like it will be good by the sign's condition and it's location, but I recommend the theatre. We saw a matinee showing of Antman and the Wasp: Quantum-Mania and it was very comfortable. The service for getting drinks and popcorn was outstanding and very friendly. Screen was nice and clear. Not many options in Port St. Lucie area so I recommend this one over AMC and Regal's poor conditions. read more

We had a great experience at the Sabal Palm Luxury Theater In Fort Pierce, FL, Sunday 4/18. Open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only since COVID. The front manager who sells the tickets is friendly, professional, and engaging! Our server (so sorry I don't recall any names!!) was prompt and friendly and brought our food out piping hot. Compliments to the chef, also. We had the chicken tenders with fries, and the chicken quesadillas. Restaurant quality!! They serve liquor here, and we enjoyed Two pitchers of beer to while watching the King Kong/Godzilla movie. All of this in the comfort of reclining cushy comfy seating! My husband bragged about this theatre, he had been there twice without me. The chairs were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. what I just couldn't get past was my food. I paid $13 for loaded nachos, by choice I only wanted chili, cheese and jalapeño. had them leave the other toppings off. when it came out the chili was the predominant topping and when I tried it the chili tasted sour and burnt. I couldn't taste the cheese and thought maybe if I got more cheese it would balance it out. didn't work so I asked for just nachos, cheese and jalapeño. when it arrived, there was barely any cheese on the nachos. it was drizzled sparingly. most chips didn't have any cheese and the few chips on top that had cheese had a small spot on them. to add to it all the chips were stale. stick with the free popcorn that comes with your ticket. read more

OK what is wrong with you cheap people???? 1) Most theater tickets are around $13.00 a piece and not reclining seats. So $11.00 is very reasonable plus you get a popcorn. 2) The point that you have to sneak food or drinks into the theater tells everyone you are cheap and sneaky in the first place. Bottom line... The person that left the negative review lives in CA and all her other reviews are for CA so I wonder if perhaps auto fill caused her to review the wrong place? I have fond memories of visiting this theater in the 70's as a teen so was looking forward to taking a peek at the new Sabal Palm and I loved it! Slightly more expensive than a regular movie but reclining chairs makes for a comfy experience. You can order food and drink as well should you wish. All kinds of little unexpected luxuries make this an above average movie experience. And ladies, the bathroom stalls are fully enclosed. As in no open areas above, below or to the side. You know what Im saying lol The staff were all pleasant. I will be visiting again very soon read more

At this time, I am only giving them two stars due to their policies which I find completely unreasonable. When you go to purchase a ticket online, which I highly suggest you do since they are the reclining seats and go fast, it shows the ticket price of $6.50 plus $4 for popcorn for a total of $10.50. What if you don't want popcorn? It doesn't matter because they force you to purchase it. When I called and spoke with the manager, he tried expressing that the popcorn is a bonus. No, a bonus is free not $4! I should not be forced to buy popcorn if I do not eat popcorn and they did not even offer something in exchange like a drink. The only bonus is if you go on a Tuesday, all shows and all seats are $5 and they don't make you buy popcorn. read more

Love this revamped theater. The price is reasonable. Seating is super roomy and comfy. Definitely always reserve preferred seating online before you go. Super quick to check in when there. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Staff has always been awesome, and we have been there, as a couple, as well as with the family, about a dozen times. Have never had a bad experience. A couple of times, it was a bit warm in the theater, but not too bad. Will continue to make this our primary go-to movie spot. read more

They search your bags and confiscate your soda so you can pay $5 for a drink. Granted, your not supposed to bring snacks in, but everyone has done it once or twice. Not returning due to this. Last time I brought my own snow caps in and then also bought $15 worth of food in the theatre. So really, is it worth it? I have been here a couple times and had no problems. I came this past weekend and my experience was awful. First I was told someone would be bringing my popcorn to me which no one ever did. When I asked someone to help me find our seats the guy helped me but there was a lady in my seat with popcorn all over. The worker told her to move which she did and than I had to wipe popcorn off the chair. Not once did someone come up to me to ask if I wanted to purchase food or drinks. There were a few workers attending other customers but no one acknowledged us. Meanwhile my daughter kept asking for popcorn while the lady that was in my seat kept munching away on her popcorn. Once the movie started I realized no one was going to come to take our orders or ask if we needed anything so I got up and missed the beginning of the movie and told the workers in the hallway hey we never received any popcorn and no one came to us. The same worker that moved the lady in my seat said he didn't know who was supposed to take care of me but he would personally bring me my popcorn and take care of me. So I went back to enjoy the movie. Through out the movie my daughter kept asking for popcorn while listening to the lady next to us eat hers. The movie ended and the worker that said he would come never came or brought our popcorn. I ended up speaking with the manager who tried to give me 2 free movie passes to come back which I declined. He did end up refunding me my money which I am happy about that and I ended up going to Publix to buy my daughter popcorn. But I won't be back. read more

went to see a movie where I purchased tickets online this evening. I walked in with a sandwich I made because I have a heart condition and need a special diet and because of other health issues I could not sit for 3 hours without eating. The manager refused to seat me saying it was their policy that I can't bring food in, even on a special diet. He told me he did not care that I was on a special diet, no way can you come in here! That is like telling someone in a wheelchair we can not make exception for you. I don't care if you are disabled, you can't roll in here. What is next, you are Jewish, you can't bring in kosher food? No hearing aids? No canes if you limp because it can be used as a weapon? I asked for my money back and he told me no refunds. The manager called the police because I argued that I wanted a refund which he refused to give me; company policy! No refunds! Now he is trying to charge me for a service I did not receive. When he finally gave me my money back in front of the police he refused to give me the $2.00 fee for buying the ticket online. They also force you to buy popcorn with crap unhealthy oil instead of butter when you buy a ticket online for $4.00. The manager clearly should not be running a business and I will do my best to see that he is fired for his discriminatory attitude. I was also asked to never come back on the property and started screaming at the police when he in fact called them to resolve the situation. Nice. Bottom line for anyone who reads this, This practice is clearly discriminatory! I fully intend to sue this company for discrimination! Don't go here, if you respect human rights. These people are miserable people. There are much better places to see movies where you are treated with respect as a customer should be for spending money in their place of business and where I haven't been refused entry with special food. read more

I would give this a 5 but I can't due to the Managers and employees not handling rowdiness ...We love that we finally have a movie theater in Fort Pierce but if they can't do anything about people/teens being rowdiness and full blown talking not whispering and swearing etc this theater will end up closing due to lack of business. AMC theater you complain they give you a warning or you've been told to leave. As I Shh the teens they bounced from seat to seat. I finally went to complain and the manager wouldn't even come out of the office to speak with me and had someone from the bar handle it. I wasn't the only person that complained because the employees new why I wanted the manager. The kid went in didn't find them because the teens moved but as I was walking back in the guy said he couldn't find them I looked at him and pointed and said these 3 right here they keep moving seats ask for their tickets if they have any and if they do I can assure you its not for this seat. I guess they got kicked out because I didn't hear them. I personally think the manager should have come out to speak with me and since this happens often I think the Sabal theater should have a SIGN UP saying "we will not tolerate rowdiness for others and you will be asked to leave". If this continues I rather take a drive and go else where but something needs to be done. That's the only issue I've had the few times other times it's a great theater no rowdiness and you get to enjoy it. I just think you should be able to enjoy it every time we go. I would email the movie theater but I know I would never get a response or a call back on this issue. So i'm leaving a review. read more
