We had the whole theatre to ourselves for a 2pm show! Great staff, comfy seats, and pretty good food.

The theater has comfortable seats, and I like the fact that you can order food and have it delivered to your seat.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from beginning to end. First, your website advertised that on Wednesdays you could "bring a bucket" and receive up to 84 oz. of free popcorn. We brought our popcorn buckets based on that advertisement, only to be handed a small bag of popcorn that was nowhere near what was advertised. We ended up taking our buckets back out to the car because they served no purpose. Next, after getting settled into our seats, a theater attendant came through handing out menus. Two members of our family have severe food allergies and gluten intolerance, so we routinely bring allergy-safe snacks with us everywhere, including restaurants. When the attendant told us outside food wasn't allowed, I explained our medical dietary restrictions and asked whether there was a gluten-free menu or a certified gluten-free kitchen. His response was simply that he didn't know. He then informed us that we were not allowed to order using the QR code at our seats and that we had to order through him only. When it came time to pay, he handed me the credit card terminal with a 20% tip already selected. I was never given the opportunity to choose my own tip amount. I felt extremely uncomfortable that a gratuity was effectively chosen for me without my consent. The interaction itself also left a lot to be desired. The attendant was abrupt, rushed us through ordering, and spoke so sternly that it actually frightened my 11-year-old daughter. We left the interaction feeling more like an inconvenience than valued customers. Unfortunately, the food was even more disappointing. I ordered the chicken tacos, which were advertised as including chicken, cilantro, onion, cheese, salsa, and a lime wedge. Instead, I received tacos with very little chicken and missing almost every advertised topping. There was no cilantro, no salsa, no lime wedge, and I didn't receive the sour cream I requested. (I'll attach a photo.) When I asked whether I had accidentally been given someone else's order, I was told they were simply out of cilantro, salsa, and limes. Rather than offering an alternative or notifying me before serving the meal, I was brought back the exact same plate with only a side of sour cream. For $13.99, the portion of chicken was also extremely small. I honestly felt misled by what was advertised versus what was served. To make matters worse, the attendant walked through the entire theater telling every customer they could not go to the front counter to order food and that all orders had to go through him because he was getting off shift and no one else would be available to take orders. That seemed like an operational issue that shouldn't have been passed on to customers. Overall, this experience was disappointing enough that we're questioning whether we'll return. I would appreciate being contacted by a member of management to discuss what happened, especially the misleading popcorn promotion, the forced ordering process, the automatically selected 20% tip, and the poor quality and inaccurate food order. We truly wanted this to become our family's regular theater, but our first experience fell far short of expectations.

Did you know you can take a tour of the historic Crain House in the Peacock District of Fort Pierce…read morefor only $6? This is such fun thing to do if you have a free hour. I have admired this house for years. Every time I came through Fort Pierce I would always make a point to stop off in the parking lot and visit with the dozens of peacocks who lived there. I couldn't help but wonder about who lived in such a beautiful and unique house. I think I learned about the tours from a Facebook ad. As soon as I found out I could tour the house I always admired, I made a beeline for Fort Pierce. Important information you should know, tours must be booked online and they are only offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11 AM. You meet at the building over, the Art Gallery. The tours are given by the non profit Peacock House Art Foundation Inc. which was founded in 2022. They work with both private and public agencies to support the arts in Fort Pierce. One of the ways they do that is with their artist in residence program which brings artists from all over to Ft. Pierce. Their goal is to build Ft. Pierce into a hub of art and culture. The tour was led by two sweet and lovely ladies, Krystal Masters and Emily Fingerhut. We started off in the Art Gallery where we were available to view the artwork of local and visiting artists. From there we headed on to the house portion. The veranda on the back of the house is stunning. The peacocks who live on the property are the legacy of Jack and Mary Lee Crain. The couple moved to the area in 1952 and fell in love with the birds. The peacocks have stayed around the Crains' home ever since. Jack operated American Travel out of the building. They also owned Buccaneer Building and Tile Company. Jack bought and imported tiles from their travels which is why there is so much beautiful tile work around the home. Jack enjoyed coin collecting, traveling, and collecting knives, swords, fine art and paintings from around the world. He and Mary Lee traveled around the world nine times. Jack died in 2016 and Mary Lee in 2019. We were only able to tour the first floor of the home because there are visiting artists living on the second floor. The next portion of the tour focused on the beautiful garden with its many statues which they rent for weddings and the back lawn area where they hope to launch an artisan market. We were given food to feed the tame peacocks. Bob the Peacock is always waiting for his food by the garden door. I even got to see a nesting peahen on her eggs. The tour concluded in the art studio where they offer youth and adult classes. Adult classes come with wine. I was really impressed with the students work. I am so glad I finally got to experience this wonderful property. You can see the Peacock House's art influence spreading all over this part of Ft. Pierce, making it more beautiful. I highly recommend this tour. On my way out I got to see a Peahen with her two peachicks which was the perfect ending to my visit.

I'm still hoping that one day we'll get a fancier theater around here to make it feel more worth it. Apparently, this theater was renovated about three years ago, and the seats are now recliners--which was a nice surprise. I got there a little earlier than my friends and ended up chatting with the staff since it was around 9:30 at night and very quiet. They mentioned the 7 PM showing is usually the busiest. When you first walk in, there's a bar in the middle that isn't super noticeable until you walk around the side. That said... $10 a glass for Josh rosé? Come on. The bottle itself costs about $10 (seriously--Google it). If it were closer to $5, I definitely would've had at least one glass. There wasn't anyone really checking tickets when we walked into the theater. The theater itself was a good size, and I was genuinely impressed with the reclining seats. The movie did skip a couple of times at the beginning, which was frustrating and a bit annoying. That aside, all of us ladies had a great time overall. It was a fun girls' night out, and we enjoyed the movie.

Self service pay counters like at the supermarket. One machine for cash only. Employees scattered about to help. Very nice manager. two adult tickets I believe was $12.50. More than fair but I think it was discounted Tuesday. They also have a rewards card/App . Which I would highly recommend to anyone. you can't go wrong. Got to get those extras. Any way you can with the price of life today. The theater itself was really really nice. The chairs were very well spaced apart and a little newer than what I'm used to in New York. Reclining seats adjustable headrest. Cupholder of of course. We saw "send help" with which was OK movie. If I Paid a New York price to see it. I probably wouldn't give it such a good rating. that's just my logic . I would definitely come back to this movie theater and I would definitely sign up for the reward card/app. and I would definitely recommend you coming to this theater. I think last night they had eight different movies playing.

You cannot reserve a seat, it's first come first serve. However I will say this theatre is never too busy and we have always found a great seat. You can buy your tickets in advance online or in person at concessions. They also have a rewards program with all purchases. Ticket prices are pretty standard but they do have really great specials, such as $5 tickets on Tuesday's. The concessions are similar to any other theatre. One thing that makes this theatre stand out is the nice seasoning station including nacho cheese, white cheddar and kettle corn. Comfort wise the theatres are very classically decorated with velvet walls. I feel it models a more old fashion look which is charming. The seats do not recline but they are comfortable. Apparently in the future they are having recliner chairs installed. That's very exciting. Overall we really like this theater and despite living in Cocoa and having a little drive, we really enjoy coming here. Can't wait for our next family movie.

The recliners are incredibly comfortable and fully adjustable, so fair warning: if you're watching a slow drama, you might drift off into dreamland. I personally stick to action, comedies, or anything upbeat just to stay awake in those comfy seats. Yes, tickets cost a bit more than a standard theater, but in my opinion, it's worth it. The theater is clean, well maintained, and offers an extensive menu with plenty of food options, sodas, plus alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, along with classic popcorn, and candy. The temperature is always just right, and the service is great. A server comes by before the movie starts to take your order, and your food and drinks arrive once they're prepared. If you need a refill or anything else, just press the call button at your seat and someone will be right there. Another plus: there are bathrooms conveniently located , which makes it easy to run out quickly without missing too much of your movie (which I did in WICKED). They are also ADA compliant making it comfortable and accessible for everyone. If you're looking to make your movie experience feel a little more special, this is the place to go.

When I let our waitress know, she mentioned the seat was "supposed to be marked off," which was confusing since I purchased the tickets about a week in advance and there was no indication of an issue at the time. It was also pretty warm inside the movie theater. We purchased bottomless sodas, but after requesting a refill, we waited over 30 minutes and never received one. Even after following up, no refill came, and I ultimately had to leave the theater to go to the concession stand and causing me to miss part of the movie. Our food arrived halfway through the movie and was noticeably cold, as if it had been sitting out for a while. I've always enjoyed Cinépolis for the premium experience, which is why this visit was disappointing. Between the broken seat, lack of service follow‑through, and food quality issues, the overall experience did not meet expectations.
