FJR saved the day!!! Francisco was very professional and helpful. In the morning my truck had a slow start. I called and he offered to meet me with a new battery. I decided to wait since I felt my truck was still pretty new and battery should be good. Around 3pm my truck would not start. He made arrangements to meet me up, he offered me different options for the battery. I went with the most expensive that had the most warranty. AGM battery. Cost about $300 but was well worth it, after I called the dealer and they said it would run $475 plus installation, but i would have to tow the truck there and that options would have cost me total $700 all for a battery. Within 30 minutes Francisco arrived, I had a new battery and I was on my way. Also you can tell a lot about someone by seeing inside their work space. Francisco's vehicle was very organized and clean. He also did not look like your typical greasy tow truck guy, his attire was clean and professional. Called one mobile roadside assistance company that was 1 mile, yes 1 mile away from me and wanted to charge me double of what FJR charged me. FJR showed up in no time at all and worked so quickly! Quick and reliable. I used this service after finding my self in a pickle after Harvey. After leaving my car for 5 days without turning it on, I discovered that the engine wouldn't turn over. Thinking all it needed was a jump, I call Frankie and he got there really fast. He immediately took out his tools and gave me a jump. Car instantly started. However he suggested he let me check the battery just to make sure and see if it would hold up for after he left. Come to find out the battery was shot. Amazingly it was still under warranty. He took it and exchanged it for me and installed a brand new one. He even went a step further to make sure the battery was seated right in its harness since before, the previous owner had left it loose. After that I was back up and Running. I live in Surfside Beach and was in Houston for a meeting. After it was over I went to get a bottle of water and my car would not start. I had jumper cables but not one person would help me. I called my Progressive Roadside Assistance and within half an hour, Francisco of FJR Emergency Roadside Services showed up. He jumped my dead battery, we did the paperwork and he left. I got in my car, put her in reverse and she died! I called Francisco back and he turned around and came back. Repeat the jump and it seemed all good so I made my way to a Walmart (not on the fancy side of town, either) but they did not have the battery I needed. When the Walmart tech tried to jump my battery his machine wasn't strong enough to do it so I called Francisco (my new best friend). He went and bought a battery and showed up quickly. Thinking it could maybe be the alternator he tested that and it was fine. The idea that maybe it was the starter came up and he gave me the choice to NOT install the new battery, cuz once it is used it can't go back to be returned so after some consideration, I decided to have him proceed with the new battery.
