I was seen quickly and was greeted by a professional, friendly, and calming staff. I hate eye anything as I'm super sensitive, but I will gladly return here. The retina specialist gave me a thorough exam, laid out all my options, and the risks vs. benefits of each. They managed to inform without scaring the crap out of me and allowed me to make my own informed decision. Once I ripped the bandaid off and pulled up my big girl panties, they completed an inpatient procedure within minutes. No fuss, no wait, no chance to wuss out. Trust me, that is a good thing. They literally saved my sight, allowing me to continue to work and be a productive person. No joke. I'm not done on my journey, but they are walking me through it, and I have faith in them. I trust their advice and care and hope to be working with them for a long time.

After the first treatment, my mom's forehead and chin looked a bit brighter, but the dark spots on her cheeks were still exactly the same--no improvement at all. I reassured my mom that it would be okay because they had promised to treat any remaining spots at the follow‑up. But when she went to her follow‑up appointment today, they suddenly changed the story. They told her that treating both cheeks was not included, and that the follow‑up only covered one small freckle on each side. They then tried to sell her another full treatment for the cheeks--after the first one didn't work in the first place. When I reminded the esthetician that she had said "one and done," she backtracked and claimed that "one and done" sometimes means up to three treatments--something she never mentioned before taking my mom's money. This feels like a scam. They expect my mom to keep paying thousands of dollars for treatments that didn't deliver the results they promised. Quality treatments are worth the price when they actually work, but this place did not deliver what they sold us. Don't waste your money here. We regret trusting them.

I was extremely clear with the spelling of the missing person as well as personal information regarding an extremely special need adult with whom the missing patient is the guardian. Meaning without the U of M admitted patient, another life is at risk. Do you think the 2 guys that protect the U of M just forgot to call me back? What a gigantic joke. And extremely fortunate for them the patient was located and her SN family member has now been placed in a safe home. No thanks to the security. Procedure went very well where the communication between me and the staff was outstanding before, during and after the procedure and the staff and doctors were extremely professional, courteous, helpful and above all COMPETENT! Excellent follow up as well once we got home which was greatly appreciated. If anything of a serious note happened to us we always head to the UM hospital network in Ann Arbor as this is the best health care in Michigan for my money. GO BLUE!

It is located in the heart of the University district. I went up some stairs and was greeted by the therapists. She directed to the masage table. There are varuos massages and I settled on the deep tissue sports massage. The massage and conversation were great. She did a great job. I found out that I had used her once before at another location. She mentioned that they did athletes there also. She does a great job. I would go back but it is a little further than I thought. Maybe when I am in the area I will definitely do it.
