I also didn't have a vector for one of my images and the lady in charge was able to recreate the image at no charge. Lastly, after they had already cut the vinyl I needed a slight modification. I'm not sure how much extra trouble that was for them, but they made it sound like it wasn't an issue at all. I plan on using these guys for anything else I need done.

Doesn't have a physical location he works from, so now rather than just serving him with a small claims lawsuit, I actually have to figure out where he lives before I am able to do so. Frankenstein told me I didn't need a data transfer with a motherboard replacement and charged for labor and parts which was pretty straightforward. I estimate I saved $200 on the motherboard replacement or $600 if I had to buy the new computer. Repair took about a week (through a holiday), but was reasonable given they had to order a part. They communicated throughout the process. I definitely will go back!
