The pork was so tender and flavorful -Lobster taco - (chilled lobster, chipotle aioli, red onion, corn, avocado, blue corn hard shell) - this was kind of like a lobster salad but I really liked it. I considered ordering another one of these two but I was already full from the additional pork belly taco -Crispy fish taco (panko breaded white fish, lettuce, pico, chipotle mayo, flour tortilla) - this was a solid fish taco -Spicy jerk chicken taco (roasted chicken thigh, mango salsa, crema, pickled onion, guacamole) - this one was my least favorite.
