Went in and sat down inside and was pleasantly surprised by the interior. It definitely had more of an upscale bar vibe to it than a Taco shop. The waiter that brought out my tacos told me that it turns into more of a nightclub after hours. I may have to go check that out. The tacos themselves were absolutely off the chain! The tortillas were blue corn and everything on it tasted so fresh and so wonderful. The carnitas was fantastic, the brisket Taco was to die for and the blackened shrimp Taco was one of the best I've ever had. Had. The flavors were so balanced and on point, it was one of the most satisfying taco experiences I have had!! I will probably hit this place up a couple more times before I leave El Paso. If you are in El Paso, you probably already know about this place. But I'm telling you what you cannot go wrong for tacos and that lime/ cucumber fresca! Bottom line? The other 6 were fresh, plump, and still firm. I scraped them all off at that point. To add to the issues, the plate doesn't seem to have been under the heat lamp. The undercooked fries returned, only now they were cold. It's moderately busy and they seem to only have one server working. He's friendly and polite if a bit rushed by the understaffing. The sandwich even without the tomatoes? Delicious. The fries were a huge disappointment today and they are usually delicious. I'm gonna chalk this up to a collision of bad luck.
