Stuffed tacos that are quite dank. Favorite was the fish! The horchata was super good! Definitely a must get.

This place was great! Nice ambience with indoor and outdoor seating. I think everything was pretty reasonably priced, but coming from Austin that's probably not saying much lol. Service was super friendly and very attentive. Seasonal boozy slush: 10/10 The seasonal flavor was guava and it was delicious! I only had one and was already a bit tipsy after. Suadero: 8/10 The meat was a little dry but very flavorful. There was a lot of meat and a hefty amount of guacamole too. Shrimp taco: 10/10 Very flavorful and refreshing! Green beans: 100/10 I loved these so much, still thinking about them. Perfect snack and the green beans were crispy. I also loved the sauce that came with it, and the portion was huge!

Friendly service. I don't think I understand the order window and then they tell you what table to sit at if you want to dine in. I went off other reviews to know about the order window, but there is clear signage on the door also instructing people to go order at the window. Food came out pretty quickly. My only critique is that the tortillas are thin and if you get a taco that's saucy, your tortilla will not hold up. It would be nice to have two tortillas for sturdiness, or maybe sauces on the side for people to add them when they are ready to eat. My food was good, I did not have a bad experience. Parking has days and times for certain spots, hopefully you find a spot there because street parking doesn't seem to be too much of an option unless you'd like to walk!

Located in an old section of downtown El Paso. Modern building with an open warehouse style design. Parking is limited adjacent to Taconeta but street parking abounds. Order is place through a window outside. Then you proceed inside to pick your table & to wait on your order. It gets busy during the lunch rush. Food is a contemporary innovation of traditional Mexican tacos. Their tortillas are made in-house & adds to the freshness & flavors of the tacos.

I enjoyed Taconeta! Tacos are made fresh to order and they're delicious! It was my first time in El Paso. I hadn't tried Elote before. It was delicious. The service is quick and the inside is clean and cozy. If you're in the mood for authentic tacos - check out Taconeta!

All dry meats. Suadero, pollo, and carnitas. Salsa was good and saved the day. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to finish the tacos.

Dry meats and over priced tacos. I ate here at 11:45am so there shouldn't be any excuse about the freshness. I got the suadero, carnitas, and pollo tacos. Also got the Jamaica juice which was also mid at best, tasted watered down. This place is definitely your typical hipster joint that can get away with selling mediocre tacos at a high price. It's a shame people do not know any better so that the restaurant can get away with it.

Cute little restaurant where you order at the window, get a number, then seat yourself. The line went by really fast, but I didn't realize that picking up was the same window as ordering. Since I ordered online, it felt a little bad to wait in line to get my food... considering the reason I ordered online was to skip the overall line wait. It has a parking lot as well which is a perk if you're an anxious driver who doesn't like street parking. The lot seems like it gets full though; I got lucky that there was a spot available for me. The tacos are just okay. The carnitas and suadero tacos are REALLY salty. Like, almost inedible. I didn't realize the carnitas taco came with just whole carrot slices lol. I would not order either of these again. The Baja shrimp and Baja fish tacos are the better ones. The fish is decent; not super deep fried which is nice. The shrimp I think is the best, but I am marking this restaurant as 2 stars because I found a strand of hair inside my shrimp taco. I grappled with myself for 30min. If I wanted to still eat it. For $5, I sadly did. The elote is really salty as well. I don't eat elote though so not sure if it's supposed to be this way? I would order the seafood tacos again. But I do not think I will come back considering the unhygienic kitchen practices.

I ordered take out at the walk-up window. First time here, the cashier answered all questions thoroughly about items I asked about and helped me narrow down what I wanted. I love that they have vegan friendly items.

We came here with our dogs and we sat outside. The lady at the counter was super nice and recommended their brisket, pollo, carnitas, and Baja shrimp. All tasted amazing. We also ordered a house margarita and horchata as well and both tasted great. The tres leches was the best way to end our dining. It was flavorful and sweet. Overall a great place! The servers always came to check on us and gave our dogs water which was very sweet of them.

Came here after co-workers recommend it. It did not disappoint. I ate some of the best tacos of my life here. Everything from the protein, the guacamole, and the tortillas were nearly flawless. They gave me a ton of protein in my taco too. The service was great and it's a cool place too. There was a line to just get in on a Thursday. If you're in El Paso, you must try Taconeta. Their bar seems well stocked too!

Taconeta El Paso is a true gem for taco lovers! You have to try their "Baja Fish taco -- with divine crispy tempura cod nestled with fresh cabbage and topped with a chili mayo that melts in your mouth like a spicy cloud of happiness. My wife's eyes light up every time she bites into the Baja Shrimp -- it's pure love and joy on your plate! And don't miss their advocado tostadas -- creamy guacamole topped with crunchy pumpkin seeds, a perfect combo of textures and flavors that keeps you coming back for more. The service here is always friendly and efficient. Taconeta always delivers great value and it is why it has become a culinary destination in El Paso. This place is a fiesta of flavors and good vibes. Mucho gusto indeed!

Awesome tacos. Recommended to me by a local, I'm glad I stopped by. I ordered three tacos - Baja shrimp, carnitas, and suadero. The Baja shrimp taco is one of the best I've ever had. Hot and fresh, plump shrimp, zesty flavors. The carnitas were delicious and the chicharon added a nice crunch. The suadero was good, but the brisket was warm, not hot. This took away from a total enjoyment of the meal, but not enough to say the taco want good. It was. Overall, this is a gem in a beautiful food city!

Came here before winter fest Saturday night, line was a little long to order, but once we ordered and sat down our food came quickly! Everything tasted really fresh and was super pretty, I really liked the camdt. We also got a cucumber lemonade, and a margarita which was really strong. Overall good experience, we did have to sit outside and it was really cold, they did not have heaters but the walls kinda blocked the wind. Music was pumping too! Great little spot!

I bumped it up to four stars for the super friendly service and the excellent aguas frescas. We got there late, about an hour before closing and they were literally trying to get rid of the aguas for free. I guess they have to dump it if they don't use it all. It was close to our hotel so we gave it a try. Portion sizes are good. The taco platter comes with six tacos! I had the flautas Chinampa which came with four beef flautas, beans, rice, and salad.
