From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely fun. The attendants who came out were awesome. Super friendly, communicative, and on top of everything without ever getting in the way of the party flow. They set up quickly, kept the energy up, and made sure everyone knew how to get their photos and prints. Speaking of prints--the final product was high quality. Crisp pictures, great lighting, and the prints looked seriously professional. Our guests kept talking about how much they loved them. All of my guests told me that smoosh was one of their favorite parts of my wedding! They have such fun, unique props that make for great photos! Another thing that really makes smoosh stand out is that they give the guests one photo strip, and then another copy of the photo strip is stuck in a book for guests to sign! I now have a book to cherish with photos of all my guests having the best time! Some other logistical details that I really appreciated: they let me hang a wooden sign in the back drop, and I had forgotten to give them instructions, and yet they figured it out on their own without bothering me on my big day! They are very good about planning their set up when you give them a floor plan. It is also very helpful that they have workers that take the photos, rather than having the guests having to figure out how to operate a machine. Their set up is a backdrop with the worker taking the photo with a camera, which allows for large groups to fit into the photos, as opposed to an enclosed two-person photo booth that you have to sit in. I would highly recommend smoosh for any kind of event that could use a fun, interactive photo booth!

The attendant was late and the box was broken so the attendant had to leave the wedding and come back with a new box. He returned around 6:15pm. He realized he still needed to upload the photo template to the new box but it was not connecting to the venue wifi. He was about to pack up and leave until my wedding guest offered to connect his phone hot-spot and helped him to troubleshoot and somehow got it to work. My guest should not have spent his time troubleshooting their equipment, but because of him, it prevented this from becoming a complete disaster. It was operational starting at 8:15pm but the print out was cut off on the bottom and cut off my hashtag. The pictures were also overexposed so everything was white. The setup should not rely on the venue's wifi as there are many venues that are in remote areas and/or do not have internet service nor should a guest come to rescue the attendant and help him troubleshoot the system. I was very upset and requested a full refund because I got a little over 1.5 hours of service from them. This was supposed to be a souvenir for my guests and most of the guests didn't get to use the booth. I was offered 3 free hours for a future event as a consolation because they were trying to justify their actions. What am I going to do with that? It's not like I'm getting married again. Nor would I want to use their service. Needless to say, they agreed to refund a partial amount. So disappointing.

Ok, even if you're not from these eras, just imagine a photo booth where you can take four quick photos with your beau or BFF and a photo strip prints out for you to keep. Now add props and the ability to receive your photos by email or mms (text message). This is what they do! WASPB has been a fun facet to several Yelp parties I've attended. We all love having our photos on our phones, but to be able to slap a photo strip on your fridge is even better! And each time I've done the photo booth, they give a photo strip to each person in the photos. Now that's rad!
