She asked all the right questions and guided us to the section of the store that was within my son's budget with mattresses that provided the support and medium firmness to fit his needs. Our thought at the time (full disclosure) was to find someone in the San Antonio area that could match the price and get it there, avoiding the cost and hassle of shipping it there. We couldn't come within $800 of the price. We both really felt comfortable with Bill so we went back and bought it (a king mattress by Stearns and Foster) rented a trailer and drove it to San Antonio.
