Luckily I live in walking distance of this location. So I have always mentioned that since I can't/don't drive I can only go to the Thorndike St. location. This week I had a appt there. But when I went to check in was informed that the appt. was for there Pawtucket Blvd. location. And they try to make it that was my fault for not requesting to be seen at Thorndike St. As I have said I have only been to their Thorndike St. location in 5 years and do not drive. There should be some place in my personnel info. that I need to be seen ONLY at Thorndike St.

I have had only one negative, seemingly uncaring experience (with a doctor) in all that time...everyone else provided phenomenal medical care. The office staff are nurses are friendly and efficient.
