They're a family-owned business and it shows. I had some questions and the owners, Trey and Christina, responded right away and didn't make me feel dumb for not completely understanding what to ask for. They didn't have a motorcycle hauling set up ready to go but we told them what we were trying to do and they custom built a motorcycle wheel truck from scratch with barely 24 hours notice! This bike belonged to my dad so I appreciated that extra effort to keep it safe so much.
