So he took the hack way out and tried to blame it on "cheap parts". So I paid him for the work that he didn't complete ($800) and had my car towed ($135) to a more knowledgeable mechanic and was told he put 5 push rods in wrong and now they're bent and a couple of my gaskets were damaged as well. To fix what he destroyed it's going to cost me $1412... Sent him a message telling him what I was told and the hack never responded. If you need a tire changed, battery jumped, or new brake pads this maybe the guy for you but if you care about your car even a little don't call this guy.

She walked us over to show us our tire options. They don't try to pressure you to buy the most expensive tires. They offer new and used tires. Their used tires come in different ranges from $30-$50 and in great condition. The workers were also friendly and helpful. The inside is small and only has three seats to wait. If they are all taken you have to sit on the bench outside which can be a little annoying bc of the heat. I'm rating them with 1 star because their communication is amongst the worst I have ever encountered and they lied to the BBB when I asked the BBB for help. As I write this review I have been trying for 10 weeks to get FS Tuning to process a $500 refund for a product I returned. Most times that I call their office nobody answers, and there have been days that I tried calling a dozen times. Their recording suggests leaving a message or sending them an email. When I have left messages they do not call back. I have emailed them on a number of occasions and they have never responded. When I have been able to speak with someone I am told they will work on getting the refund processed, but it has not happened. 12 week update - More unanswered calls and unreturned messages. I did get through and the person I spoke with immediately put me on hold for 10 minutes and when they got back didn't know what was going on and said they would call back, but they didn't. I called them back two days later and they said they'd get with somebody there and put me on hold, after waiting 15 minutes the call disconnected. 14 week update - I reached out to the BBB for help with obtaining the refund since FS Tuning still has not returned my money. After two weeks the BBB notified me that the business had failed to respond to their inquiry and they would make a second attempt. 17 week update - FS Tuning replied to the BBB by lying to them claiming that the product supplier denied the request for a refund. See the attached images showing communication from the supplier to me a month before I contacted the BBB for assistance proving FS Tuning had been provided the refund to give to me, but FS Tuning did not. I believe they do good work, but I cannot recommend them due to the poor communication with the customer, and being dishonest in this matter. I suggest first trying Noster Motorsport or Adler Rennsport for service in the Orlando area.

My boyfriend picked up the car and also explained our frustrations, and the guy at the front desk told us (word for word) that he is perfect and KNOWS he told us that there was a $200 diagnostic fee. He was extremely unprofessional. We were able to talk to another employee and take my vehicle after paying $150 instead of $200. Will never come back here, extremely unfair to not disclose this information to your potential clients!!
