He informed me that he didn't have time for "all these questions" and that he could help me with only one issue per appointment. His attitude was also very condescending and holier-than-thou. In short he made me sick and it was all I could do not to strike him as he stood there smirking. Then, about a year ago, I had need of a dermatologist once again. It's difficult to get an appointment with a dermatologist in Fredericksburg. There aren't enough of them. It had been so long since I'd seen one that I made an appointment with the doctor who had the earliest available appointment, which was this same doctor. I had forgotten about the appointment from hell from a decade earlier. When I got there it all came back to me, but I kept the appointment anyway because I figured that time changes everyone and that he may have been having a bad day all those years ago. WELL, he was the same a$$hol3 that he'd been at my previous appointment. Once again I wanted help with two issues: eczema and intermittent breakouts. Nope. Only one. Mind you, the eczema issue isn't one that required any time. It's a quick glance and a prescription for Betamethasone. It's a no-brainer, so I hardly think that these issues of mine were really as taxing and time consuming as this doctor acted like they were. Again, he was condescending, rude, holier-than-thou and just obnoxious in every way. He told me that I'd be hard pressed to find a dermatologist who would be willing to "waste so much time" discussing multiple concerns with me. He was wrong. I've seen several dermatologists since and every one of them has been willing to discuss all of my issues. Moreover, they've been courteous, helpful and professional, unlike that other doctor from Fred. Derm. Assoc. The other review for this practice is so positive that I had to google to make sure it was the same practice I was thinking of. I am shocked that anyone is able to stomach the doctor here.

I had a problem getting a prescription at my pharmacy a few months ago, and the nurse kept wanting me to call back to let me know how the process was going, so she could help in any way she could. Every time I go its an experience. My doctor is very animated, and gives me an abundance of information with every visit. I can tell he really wants the best for me. I have definitely learned a lot through him. I never walk out of there feeling like I paid for nothing. And, they actually schedule their appointments CORRECTLY. When I go, there is only one person in the waiting room. They get called. Then about 3-5 minutes later I get called. When I am with the nurse answering check up questions, I can hear my doctor in the room next to me. As soon as my nurse is done, my doctor is finished with the person who was before me and is ready to see me. It is the most efficient doctor's office I have ever gone to. My appointments take no longer than 20 minutes. Its very refreshing--the dermatologist I saw before him took more than an hour to even get into the waiting room. The fact that I still go to a doctor that is more than an hour away should automatically tell you that I am a huge fan of this place.

When I called to cancel and re-book the appt, I was only given late-morning times requiring me to take a full day off from work as I commute. I explained that I needed a time closer to the end of the day, which was when my original appt was, but I was told that there were only morning appointments. I then asked for a return of my deposit and explained that a morning appointment would not work for me. I had to speak to several people to get a refund and then I was told that I could never book there again because I had asked for a refund. So, they were first trying to keep my deposit for no services rendered and then I was treated as if I had done something wrong by canceling with several days notice. Really crooked.

My experience with this salon was horrible I usually get 50 units of Botox but the girl told me that I should do 72 units for $964 so I figured she knew what she was talking about so I did it. I saw absolutely no improvement so I called & was told to give it 2 1/2 wks to be sure the Botox had amble time to work. I was given an appointment with Nicky because they said she has been there a while & I was happy to be meeting someone with experience. When I went in thinking she was going to do the right thing & fix the issue. After about 15 minutes she took me into a room & she wanted to take a picture. She then began playing with the photo for another 15 minutes & final said that my Botox did its job & showed me the picture that she actually photoshopped! I couldn't believe my eyes because the picture made me look lovely with diminished wrinkles that I had come in with gone that fast!! Like a miracle! Also the photo was in color & I deliberately didn't wear any makeup so she could see it didn't work!! She brings in another girl & now there are 3 of us & she starts saying that I should have some other treatment before getting Botox in the future! WHAT!! I have been getting Botox for years & never ever heard such a thing! This whole experience was a nightmare & to treated me like I was stupid was insulting! So I left & they did nothing to make it right!!!
