I booked an appt. for a…read moreV-beam laser treatment but eventually needed to cancel, which I did several days in advance. I had also made a deposit for the laser treatment. When I called to cancel and re-book the appt, I was only given late-morning times requiring me to take a full day off from work as I commute. I explained that I needed a time closer to the end of the day, which was when my original appt was, but I was told that there were only morning appointments. I then asked for a return of my deposit and explained that a morning appointment would not work for me. I had to speak to several people to get a refund and then I was told that I could never book there again because I had asked for a refund. So, they were first trying to keep my deposit for no services rendered and then I was treated as if I had done something wrong by canceling with several days notice. Really crooked.
