At first, it was weird because as soon as you enter the office, there's a security sitting but very helpful instructed me to take a number and fill out a paper. After my number was called, I was informed that someone will call me but not sure whether to stay or leave, so I decided to leave and run some errands. We were told some wrong information on our first visit and had to use more resources than we probably should have, but the woman who helped us and gave us the slightly incorrect information was so friendly I don't really mind it that much because I'm thankful that the people who help you are nicer here. It's not the best place to be, but at least it's not as horrible as it could be. I understand that we're all human and make mistakes, which is why I give this a four out of five.

I had to provide proof of identity when I was pregnant and folks were very kind I also came back in with the baby months later for the following year to prove my identity and they were friendly and kind to my kids. I think we can all remember to show care and kindness to others and that will most often, be returned. waiting long at times means someone called out sick or something and often is no fault of the person behind the counter. I always like to ask them how they are doing and if it's typically this busy for them or if it's unusual, they usually do have a reason either a big wave or two people out so short handed etc. I know that would be stressful for me if I was an employee in their shoes.
