I understand that the arrangement wouldn't look exactly like the picture on their website The problem was the overall quality. The arrangement looked unbalanced, unfinished, and lacked the care you would expect, especially for a sympathy piece. What was even more frustrating was how this was handled afterward. Instead of offering a solution, I was repeatedly asked to provide more pictures. Under normal circumstances, that might be reasonable -- but asking me to go back to someone who is actively grieving just to gather more photos feels completely insensitive and inappropriate. To make matters worse, the only resolution offered was a $10 refund, which is barely the delivery fee. At no point was there a genuine effort to make things right, there was no replacement offered or a meaningful resolution. I would have much rather worked with a florist who values both quality and customer experience, especially during moments like this. Unfortunately, I can't recommend based on this experience.
