So my very first anniversary was today. It was 1pm and of course I still hadn't gotten flowers so I was frantic last minute trying to find some decent ones on a much better quality than your ordinary grocery store ones. Searched florists near me in maps and Palmers had the highest rating and most reviews so I figured I'd give it a shot. I browsed the website and it took a while because they have so many great looking options, eventually I called hoping it wasn't too late for a same day pickup, and I kid you not I was on the phone for 59 seconds exactly with a florist and she said it was no problem at all and I could come @3pm. I go to pick up the bouquet a few hours later and all I had to say was the type I ordered and what time I was there for pickup they didn't even need my name because they remembered my call. Super friendly staff all around and I felt very welcome even though they had me in and out, offered a card even though I had one already and then wrapped the beauty up in some nice wrapping paper and a protective box. My partner absolutely loved the bouquet she let out a few tears, and I cannot stress how the flowers topped off the rest of the gifts I had gotten her. Wow! This was a stunner of an arrangement! Sadly my photo doesn't do it justice. This large mixed flower arrangement was enormous, filled with an interesting variety of excellent quality fresh cut flowers including orchids, roses, tulips, cat tails, etc and clever use of greenery. So completely disappointed. With literally dozens of options to resort to for an arrangement for my wife for our 20th anniversary, I chose this florist before leaving the state for the week. Ordered online with my credit card and got the confirmation email on Monday with expectations that delivery would be made to her job site on Thursday. After not hearing from her towards the end of her work day I contacted Palmer for an explanation. I was told by a confused female on the other line (who originally claimed their computers were down) that there was an issue with the expiration date on my cc and they decided to cancel the order all together because they couldn't reach me. I explained that I had a confirmation email/number from 3 days prior and that I had been unreachable in my current location. By the time this convo took place my wife was nearly home from work and it was too late to call another company. This girl never offered an apology or a way to make things right. My wife was understandable livid at me, thinking I'd forgotten our special day. Seeing a copy of my confirmation email satisfied her and got me out of the doghouse. Wish it was enough for your company. Never will return or recommend. Just too many other options out there and most all would have handled this situation better. read more

If I could give ) stars I would. Several friends used this florists to send plants and flowers to my family when my mother transitioned Feb 2019. One plant was delivered to the funeral home TWO HOURS late. The funeral home was closed and the plant was left outside in frigid temperatures. When questioned, Mr. Palmer said he would take care of things, instead he put the issue off on someone else. My brother finally picked the plant up two dates AFTER the funeral so my friends were unable to received a refund. The refund is not the real issue, this florist is unprofessional and insensitive. DO NOT USE THEM. Oh and one friends flowers were NEVER delivered. Heart broken and disappointed. read more
