Ribbon of one of the flowers. Unacceptable

I was promised a very well put together floral arrangement for my husbands memorial/viewing . we discussed the arrangements (set of 3) colors. flowers were supposed to be red &white , ribbons were supposed to be black with white writing and the outskirts of the flowers would b sprayed silver . The arrangements were suppose to be full length as well. once I arrived to the viewing I immediately noticed the ribbons were red with gold writing and they were half length and not full . I was going to let the error slide until my mother in law sent me a close up picture of the ribbons. the font on the ribbons are two entirely different fonts and they cut the letter "M" in half to make a "N" completely unacceptable and tacky . the owner of the store had the nerve to ask me why am I just calling the services were a week ago . my husband just passed u think I'm thinking about a flower lady ?? why did you all not provide what was promised . these arrangements were $385 and I'm completely displeased and will never shop here again and I'm going to make sure I tell everyone I know not to shop here either

I am from another state and needed a plant delivered for a family members passing. I was really making a blind purchase but the plant is absolutely beautiful! My brother in law and sister love it. Thank you so much Rhodes Florist.

Flowers fell completely out of base

Horrible, horrible, horrible !!!!! My wife sent me flowers using 1-800- flowers. Rhodes was the local florist that filled the order. First the order was a day late which my wife forgave, then when the flowers did arrive it was after 7:00pm. I know it sounds horrible but the delivery guy looked like a vagrant and appeared drunk. The arrangement was falling out of the vase and though the flowers did look beautiful they fell everywhere once the wrapping was taken off. Called 1-800- flowers to complain. Excellent customer service and stated that they would contact local florist ( Rhodes ) and have new arrangement delivered the following day. Well, Rhodes refused to correct or deliver arrangement to correct the damaged arrangement. Luckily 1-800- flowers refunded my wife the money paid. I will never refer or use Rhodes Florist again. Horrible customer care and professionalism !!

Rhodes florist recently took care of the arrangements at my grandfather's funeral. They did an AMAZING job. Everything looked beautiful. The flowers were delivered on time and they kept constant communication. I would definitely recommend their services. Everyone talked about how beautiful the arrangement looked. I'm from Chicago and live in Atlanta. My mom is still in Chicago and I wanted to send her flowers for her birthday. I'm always scared to order flowers online because you never know if it's going to look like the picture. But I ordered from Rhodes Florist and hoped for the best. THEY'RE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! My mother is SO HAPPY!! Thank you so much! They look EVEN BETTER than the picture online! I will definitely order from you all again!!

We stopped in Thursday before Mother's Day on a large last minute decoration request for our job. It was my first time there and I've never bought flowers in bulk so it took us some time asking questions and running numbers. The first interaction that left a bad taste in my mouth was a worker barking at me to stay away from the carnation buckets that another worker had said I could choose from. "There's nothing back there for little girls" was his way of telling me, a 33 yr old WOMAN, not to pick from the carnations. I wanted to immediately leave, but knew we needed these flowers and this may be the only place we can find a large amount last minute. Then, when we finally were ready to check out, the owner (or the man behind the desk) was adamant that our client's card numbers weren't going to work because he needed 16 digits. I explained AMEX only has 15. It seems their systems are dated, so the owner had to call the card reader vendor which held things up and a line began to form. We didn't want to cause stress for anyone so we assured him multiple times he can take other guests before us so they didn't need to wait. He declined and continued to insist that it was our fault we didn't have the correct card numbers, but continued to speak with the vendor (who later confirmed that AX only has 15 numbers...). None of the other customers were complaining at all..but the WORKERS started making unnecessary and rude comments about us and how long it was taking. I was on the phone with my boss trying to figure out another option while the owner was on the phone with the vendor and things were feeling really stressful already, let alone having staff talk about us in front of the entire store. "This has turned into so much of a nightmare." "This is ridiculous." I told one of them that we had offered for others to go ahead of us in line, but he said they couldn't because the car had been loaded already. Finally, I was so stressed that I put it on my personal credit card just to get out of there. Rushed out of there with my receipt only to see they had unloaded my car- so now I had to wait for them to reload...after they were rushing us! Never in my life have I been heckled at by the employees of a business where I am spending $1000...I was shocked and felt disrespected..like they thought we didn't have the money to cover our bill, and that just because we took longer than an average transaction, we were inconveniencing them. The only reason I decided to still purchase with them is because it was last minute and right before Mother's Day and our options were slim. But to choose to return...absolutely not.
