Jane's combines artistry with flowers (both real and silk) and never fails to amaze me with the custom designs that they produce. Serving Hinsdale for over 20 years- Jane's is the kind of place where everyone who works there- loves and knows flowers. Their designers create spectacular cut arrangements, using unique flowers that you don't see in other florists. If only they could see the expression of joy when their delivery person shows up at my house with an arrangement for me! They have crafted silk arrangements for my home from centerpieces to front door wreaths and all have exceeded my expectations- especially when I go in with ideas like "I want something like this . . .but I'm not sure . . . .do whatever you think is right". And they do. I have also used them for their container garden designs and planting. Last year a major magazine was doing a photo shoot in my garden and my urns were looking a little tired. Jane's came out- replaced some, and spruced up others to make the garden shine for the shoot. You can also sign up for them to do your containers year round so that seasonally- your urns and planters overflow with beauty. I love flowers, and admire those who can make them even more beautiful than they are on their own. And Jane's Blue Iris does just that.

The flowers were listed at $50. I called and spoke to a very nice lady (don't remember her name) was told my total was $87... and my flowers would be delivered today... this morning early I got a call about how some of the sunflowers were damaged and could they change it a little? I said fine sure as things happen and it's life...My Friend got her flowers but never got any stuffed animal or gift as promised with my order... so basically I spent $87 on a $50 bunch of sunflowers.... I won't be using this shop again.... maybe the hospital gift shop would have been better! I'm disappointed and I feel bad.... anyway you have been warned.

I ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day. My mom is the most incredible and selfless woman in the world, so my brothers and I wanted to treat her to a nice flower arrangement that we thought she'd really love. I scoured local shops until I found the perfect arrangement here. It was exactly what I knew my mom would love. In fact, I paid EXTRA to ensure that the arrangement was EXACTLY like the photo. I've attached a photo of what I ordered compared to what I received. My heart sunk when I saw it. I actually ordered 2 of them (one for my mother-in-law) but I ended up throwing the second away because they were wilted and I had time to go get a different bouquet unlike the one I gave to my mom. My mom is so sweet, and was happy to receive ANYTHING, but my brothers and I were so disappointed. Kitty was nice enough to offer me the money back on one of the bouquets, which I appreciated. However, I had a very hard time accepting the fact that this bouquet was designed this way "because the flowers they included costed more than the ones in the original photo"... I ordered that exact arrangement for a reason. Yes, I am appreciative that I got the amount back that I did, but this never should have been an issue to begin with. I struggle financially, so this was a triple blow to me. I've learned my lesson to never order flowers online. Always go in to a store. I strongly advise you to do the same.

Forgetting the name of the nice lady who answered the phone, but immediately after hearing the situation she was extremely apologetic and offered a more than a reasonable solution for me. I went into this call pretty disappointed because my plans got messed up, but the service I got was incredible and I couldn't be happier. Also, my girlfriend loved the arrangement.
