Worst experience ever of speaking to an owner or manager, no agreement or compromise was reached and I walked out of the studio almost in tears after inquiring about what they could do for me politely, as I am a student and could not afford to attend classes without that lost money. Though the employee said they'd cancel it in April because I was sick, I was still charged for an extra two months even though I did not attend any classes in that period. On top of that, I had had other incidents renting mats, where the same owner told me I could not pay with a card, and was upset because I did not have a two dollar coin. Yet, other times I was there I had done so with the help of other employees. Would not recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful, welcoming environment to practice yoga.

There are two rooms there (one heated, one regular temperature), which both had big windows that allowed for plenty of natural light. The studio is equipped with filtered water so if you decide to shower there, dont worry about your skin drying out from hard water. The location is a bit tricky-- if you are unfamiliar with Oakville, definitely use you're GPS to help find your way the first time.

The path we walked was wide and clear, but the gravel was larger rocks. It was also SO hilly. Lot's of mountain bikers passed us which makes sense as I think this must be a popular biking spot. They made it very difficult for me to cancel membership and continued to charge, stating I should have come to cancel. Regardless of this issue I returned in Feb 2024, the place is falling apart, it is not maintained or cleaned. Loose toilet seats, filthy sinks, torn mats in the sauna, causing a trip hazard, and today I discover they have filled in tiled over the jacuzzi tub. There is a large window/glass door broken in the pool area that has been boarded up. The place is a disgrace, I am in the process of cancelling my membership, I will not be returning again!

My daughters have been coming to this Martial Arts Centre for over 2 years now. They absolutely…read morelove it!! The owner of the Martial Arts Centre Sunsei is amazing so nice and so accommodating. I have my girls every other week and my ex won't take them so I had a chat with Sunsei he was nice enough to accommodate my schedule and work out an affordable payment plan. The centre is clean and small. The other 3 teachers on staff are really great as well. I see kids that are rowdy and think they can get their way at home can do the same at the Centre. The teacher don't take BS from the students which I love. They teach them discipline and respect. I see a significant improvement in my girls. They went from being shy and intimidated to performing in front of the teachers, students and parents to get their colour belt grading. I want my girls to continue and get their black belt at 18. Because they're girls I appreciate that they're learning self defence to protect themselves. Not just do they learn the sets of martial arts moves but the class teaches them self defence. They practice if someone were to attack them what they should do. Overall I'm pleased with this Martial Arts Centre. Sunsei and his staff wants what's best for the students and it shows.
