Worst experience ever of speaking to an owner or manager, no agreement or compromise was reached and I walked out of the studio almost in tears after inquiring about what they could do for me politely, as I am a student and could not afford to attend classes without that lost money. Though the employee said they'd cancel it in April because I was sick, I was still charged for an extra two months even though I did not attend any classes in that period. On top of that, I had had other incidents renting mats, where the same owner told me I could not pay with a card, and was upset because I did not have a two dollar coin. Yet, other times I was there I had done so with the help of other employees. Would not recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful, welcoming environment to practice yoga.

Private sessions with a personal trainer is beneficial if you want a program to be tailored to your needs and a trainer helping you with engaging the correct muscles. Ample Treadmills, ellipticals, steps, rowing machine, etc to log in your cardio workout. Changing rooms are well-maintained. The only downside is that if an equipment is out of order, it takes for ever to get it fixed.

James was invited into the club to help facilitate a charity drive and it was obvious that he lives with some disability/life challenge; yet, the entire staff treated him with such compassion, dignity, genuine kindness and in a very inclusive manner. I witnessed numerous members of staff walking up to him and giving him high fives, hugs and sincerely making him feel a part of the team. In a world when negativity, bullying and other unkind acts seem to dominate, what a nice thing to witness. It made my day and I've told this story to many friends and family. I love the staff, who always greet me, especially Austin, Chris, and my outstanding trainer, Pedro. The facilities are super clean, I always feel comfortable there, I love the classes, and Pedro, my trainer is ideal for my needs. He is patient, diligent and so knowledgeable. My three times a week sessions have helped my mobility with my new knee and arthritis. There are several people at the gym my age, so I never feel intimidated or uncomfortable. Pedro is very experienced and effective with seniors.

This place has lots of personal trainer that work with a variety of clients (I'm personally not interested in personal trainer, but I have seen the clients ranging from very frail elderly to young fit individuals). The facility is clean, well stocked. I hate it when some places don't replenish paper towel on time, never want to leave a sweaty gym bench to the next person. Equipments are nicely spaced out, so you are not budding into each other. Lots of weights and cardio machines. Last thing and the best part, it opens 24 hours!!

I have my girls every other week and my ex won't take them so I had a chat with Sunsei he was nice enough to accommodate my schedule and work out an affordable payment plan. The centre is clean and small. The other 3 teachers on staff are really great as well. I see kids that are rowdy and think they can get their way at home can do the same at the Centre. The teacher don't take BS from the students which I love. They teach them discipline and respect. I see a significant improvement in my girls. They went from being shy and intimidated to performing in front of the teachers, students and parents to get their colour belt grading. I want my girls to continue and get their black belt at 18. Because they're girls I appreciate that they're learning self defence to protect themselves. Not just do they learn the sets of martial arts moves but the class teaches them self defence. They practice if someone were to attack them what they should do. Overall I'm pleased with this Martial Arts Centre. Sunsei and his staff wants what's best for the students and it shows.

She starts off with a one-on-one meeting to go over what exactly you are looking to do fitness-wise (and as we are women, we probably all have the same goal - flat tummy, nice bum, tone arms and legs etc.) and then she gets you started. The classes are two times a week (Tuesday and Thursday) and you can choose either early morning or evening. She is also a specialist in postnatal fitness and does "mummy tummy repair" as she calls it. Right from the first class you can tell the workout is having an effect and despite how easy it seemed to be, the day after you feel the burn, which is exactly what I look for! Her prices are also way cheaper than most and she gives excellent value.
