I will never be back. Never asked if I wanted any of the add ons or anything.

One was talking to someone like she was talking to her best friend on the phone and the other lady who after telling me about the sewer issue got on her phone also with a personal call. At that point I was done I was going to reschedule but after that disappointing situation I'm not bothering with her services. Her products are good but the customer service is trash. They offered a discount when as I was leaving but I don't even want any type of service from them at this point.

I must say she is the only one to insert the speculum with out me feeling uncomfortable and that's huge. They keep the lights dim, relaxing music and essential oils to create a calming atmosphere. I love going to Sacred Therapy Spa. I have been a customer for over two years and the experience has been favorable. I love how relaxing, personal and soothing the spa is. Marguerite is the sweetest person I know. She has been able to successfully help my shoulder, back and sciatic pain. She even has introduced me to different herbal programs for cleansing. I informed her I have cleared my schedule for this, but we agreed to a later time, stating my schedule masseuse Sharon had a doctors appointment. She did NOT inform me it would be a different masseuse. I show up on time for my appointment. She then states that I was with someone different. I do not trust just anyone to massage me, since I am pregnant. Sharon ( a fantastic masseuse I've known for years) agreed to perform my pregnancy massage. Sandra says in the nastiest tone "Sharon doesn't DO pregnancy massage. I told you on the phone it would be someone different." How disrespectful. So not only did Sandra lie to me, she wasted my time as I had to drive 45 minutes to get to my appointment. I told her to cancel my appointment, to which she says "fine." If you're ok with letting hundreds of potential dollars of regular business walk out the door, then so be it. My mother is also reconsidering. She has been a regular client for years. It doesn't help that her facilities are dark and depressing. She used to be located in a beautiful place in Flossmoor. I'm sure they would not tolerate this type of behavior, hence now why the dark and dank location.

I filled out all of the paperwork and proceeded with a 60 min. Sports Massage. She asked all the right questions, (where would I like her to concentrate on, areas not to touch, had I had any procedures done recently, etc,.).
