Absolutely incredible. Not in a good way. I had an appointment scheduled for MONTHS. The owner Sandra called 2 days before to reschedule my appointment. I informed her I have cleared my schedule for this, but we agreed to a later time, stating my schedule masseuse Sharon had a doctors appointment. She did NOT inform me it would be a different masseuse. I show up on time for my appointment. She then states that I was with someone different. I do not trust just anyone to massage me, since I am pregnant. Sharon ( a fantastic masseuse I've known for years) agreed to perform my pregnancy massage. Sandra says in the nastiest tone "Sharon doesn't DO pregnancy massage. I told you on the phone it would be someone different." How disrespectful. So not only did Sandra lie to me, she wasted my time as I had to drive 45 minutes to get to my appointment. I told her to cancel my appointment, to which she says "fine." If you're ok with letting hundreds of potential dollars of regular business walk out the door, then so be it. My mother is also reconsidering. She has been a regular client for years. It doesn't help that her facilities are dark and depressing. She used to be located in a beautiful place in Flossmoor. I'm sure they would not tolerate this type of behavior, hence now why the dark and dank location. read more

AMAZINGLY FANTASTIC! My aunt (who comes here often) recommended this place to my mom. So my mom bought my husband and I a package to get massages. Luckily we arrived on time because we had a hard time finding which door led to the facilty. Anywho, it's very quiet inside with light music. They even offered us water as we waited. The rooms are dim with music playing in the background. Once in the room, you undress and get under the covers. Everything is so cozy! I forgot the name of lady who did my full body massage, but she did a great job. My husband loved it as well!!! We shall return indubitably. read more

I purchased a spa package that included a 90 minute massage and a 60 minute facial. The front desk woman was a sweetheart very kind and welcoming. Charlene was my massage therapist and she deserves 5 stars. My massage experience was amazing from start to finish. She was exceptional. Unfortunately, I will not return or recommend anyone here for the facial service. The woman who gave me my facial was so unprepared. She left the room 4 times for 5 to 10 minutes without informing me why or when she would return. She was messing with her steam machine plugging it in and out as it was not working properlyso she resorted to a rung out, Luke warm rag. She reminded me several times how many blackheads/whiteheads I had. Just overall a poor facial experience. She needs to be retrained. read more

I booked at facial at noon on my day off. I was 10 minutes early to my appointment. I finally ended up leaving the spa at 12:30 without getting a facial because I was still in the waiting room waiting for my technician. The receptionist kept telling me that it would be a just a few more minutes and she was finishing up with another client. It ruined my day off. read more

I've been a client of this spa for about six years., so I also had services from the previous location. The waiting area is attractive and comfortable. The massage room is a nice size and is soothing. I've had the Swedish massage several times and even treated my daughter and a colleague to a treatment. My therapist Charlene is a true professional.She is prompt and efficient. I was having some discomfort in my right shoulder which I must say is much better. I highly recommend this business. read more
