Sadaharu Aoki incorporates distinctly Japanese flavors such as green tea, yuzu, and azuki beans into traditional French pâtisseries and chocolates. The fusion of Japanese and French is a meeting of two countries who share a deep love affair, and the brand has been so successful that it has been exported back to Aoki's home country. Regrettably, there was no sit-down service in the shop that day; everything was to-go only. It would have been nice to have stopped and enjoyed the pastries with some tea, but they were lovely all the same. read more
