We just moved into our dream house in Aliso Viejo thanks to Bob's experience and strategic thinking. When we started our search, he showed us a house that was at the upper end of our budget. At that point, we were ready to move forward with an offer and considered canceling the other scheduled viewings later in the day. Bob insists that we see the other homes before making a decision. It was extremely good advice as we ended up falling in love with another house that happened to be priced $200K less. Any other agent would have jumped to close the deal, especially with the potential of high commission on an expensive house. However, I felt like Bob was constantly looking out for our interests. While my parents introduced me to a family friend who was a real estate agent, I had no idea how to go about finding a loan officer! After digging through Yelp/Google, I stumbled upon Meridox Mortgage that had stellar reviews and took a chance. I called Meridox and was put in touch with Trung Tran. I let him know that I didn't have any knowledge of how the house-buying process works, but he was incredibly supportive and assured me he would walk me through every step. Shortly after we finished talking on the phone, he sent me a list of items to provide for the pre-approval letter. Trung's turnaround was quick. I sent him my information in the evening and got the letter the next morning. My real estate agent used this letter to draft the offer...it was accepted!
