While she presents as a healer and guide, I left sessions feeling energetically drained, spiritually confused, and disconnected from my own inner knowing. What was offered as Reiki healing often deviated from its foundational roots. Practices like chakra unweaving and energetic tethering were introduced without true consent or alignment. These left lingering effects I am still unraveling to this day. Stefanie also frequently recommended tinctures and mushroom blends from her husband, Jay Hanks, who claims to be an alchemist. These products made me feel physically unwell and energetically misaligned. When I raised concerns, they were brushed off as "normal" and part of the process.
