Adam has a great setup and a very sound and detailed approach to fitness that is obviously based in a solid understanding of sports medicine and his own professional athletic experience. The workout can seem incredibly laid back but it is NOT....you always end up dripping sweat. Typically it is formatted into 20/30 minutes of stretching, conditioning and instruction on form followed by an additional 30 minutes of varied intense exercise that covers cardio, strength training and HIIT. The training is highly professional and the workouts are varied and well thought out. He's relatively affordable for the level at which he is training because has has small group classes usually between 3 -8 people...rarely larger. I'm very impressed and will continue to train here.

My back had gone into a major spasm and I needed deep tissue work done and I had called Inward Bound Wellness on short notice. Steven had created an opening for me as we spoke on the phone. He fit me in and worked out the spasm, as we were going through the massage Steven asked me questions about my recent activities. He pin pointed a few muscles and explained what their use was for and I was able to figure out what caused the spasm.
