My teeth were SUPER messed up and it was a process even before I got the braces on. I was thankful that I did NOT have to get any of my adult teeth pulled after another orthodontist had suggest that route. I am so thankful we found Dr. Sadler. Dr. Sadler has been there for me every step of the way. I am happy to say these past few years I now just wear my retainer as needed. I am thankful my parents took me to Dr. Sadler for braces. I can't imagine what my teeth would look like today without them. Having braces at times wasn't fun. Such as breaking brackets and poking wires. However the staff at Dr. Sadler's office always got me in quickly to fix any problems. I loved that I always had the options to change up my band colors as well. Braces isn't an overnight magic solution. It's a process but absolutely so worth it! As an adult I am grateful I went through the braces process as a kid/teenager. My process was a bit longer than most because of how complicated my teeth are. However my brother for example had braces for only a short amount of time and his teeth look AMAZING. There were two orthodontists in this area that offered the same service at the same cost. However, I liked the info I uncovered about Dr. Benedict. Not that the other orthodontist would be bad but a little different in personality. All the ladies I communicated with were friendly, helpful, and team-oriented. They explained steps to me as we progressed. To begin, photos with a camera were taken. Then, the procedure to put on the retainer. Tip: I rolled my tongue up and out of the way so I was not able to taste the solution as they warned me that it would not taste good. I had to go back within a week for re-work, which they honored their guarantee. It was not an easy process, and I am just appreciative and understand the situation. They knew when they needed to seek assistance so it was great team work and service, ladies!! The orthodontist was there, but I did not meet him. The ladies sought his guidance. I would recommend his practice.

They are hands down the most caring staff you'll encounter. Dr. Bunch's Carmel/Noblesville office has a very cool aesthetic that's modern but still comfortable. You can tell the staff genuinely love working there and with each other because they laugh and talk and work so well with one another. The front desk staff that deals with everything thrown at them never cracks... they are always courteous, kind, smiling, and genuinely okay with helping you figure out whatever needs figuring out. Big shout out to Dawn who ALWAYS smiles and takes time to make my kids and I feel special. My kiddos -- and even myself -- genuinely look forward to visiting to catch up with the orthodontic technicians. Leslie, who does all the financing and wrangling of insurance for braces, goes out of her way for you, too. And the orthodontist himself is super cool. He is approachable, kind, and meets each patient at their level. From my teenager who wants to talk sneakers with him, to my youngest who's super anxious and needs a lot of patience. And he's always taken the time to answer this mom's thousand questions because he's a parent himself. We were never given an option for permanent retainers, as they told us after all said and done that "it wasn't an option for our kids.". We have never received an explanation as to why, it just wasn't an option. Both my children ended up having cracked retainers, and our only option was to purchase new sets. I have talked with other friends that their orthodontics gave them a discount as times, but it's never been an option with our experience with Gorman and Bunch. they told me I need to purchase the insurance to help.
