He offered to stop by to assess the load to get a better price. No other local movers did that, which I appreciated. When I moved from out of state, the movers I used did the same and it made a difference. We worked around schedules, he stopped by and gave us a quote. It was reasonable. We coordinated the moving date and he was in communication about arrival times and such. Overall, he was helpful and even took a look at a minor repair for us. Rob sent his sons 1 adult and 1 minor to have it picked it up, then they dropped at his central warehouse in Pittsburg since they use Uhaul rental trailers. Then Rob delivered it to me 3 weeks later. The problem is when it was delivered it was with no $2500 Engine!!! The owner of the company Is denying the motor ever existed . The Shipping company never took photos at time of pickup and never logged or did manifest of what boxes were picked up with roller.
