Safa is an amazing brow tech. She's so much fun to talk with. I previously went to Devine but they have been slipping up and the closed the nearest location to me. My eyebrows have died and gone to eyebrows heaven! Oh my gosh. How has there been no reviews on this place? But don't worry. I'm about to change that and hopefully in the process change YOUR eyebrows. (And whatever else you need threaded.) You're welcome! Let me start by saying I've always gotten my eyebrows (and also /cough my shestache) threaded. What I've been use to was in and out in under 10 minutes with minimal communication with the person threading me. And this is from a highly Yelp rated place in LA too! This was the standard. I thought my experience at Safa was going to be similar. Thank god it wasn't. Safa is extremely professional and polite. Throughout the session, she must have checked in on me at least 3 times to make sure I was doing ok. Before she even started threading, she discussed with me what I was looking for (A more natural look? More pointed?). After she did the initial clean up, she started working on just one of my eyebrows. After making sure I was satisfied with the initial eyebrow result, she then moved on to the other one. Not only did she thread, she also trimmed, plucked, and finished my eyebrows by drawing/filling them in. How amazingly thorough is that! Not once did I feel rushed; she wasn't just trying to hurry to get me out of there like what I'm use to at other threading places. I have never gotten such excellent threading service! This was such an eye(brow) opening experience. I wish I had a Safa in LA. So jealous of you Vegas locals! read more

Hands-down, best experience I've had getting my eyebrows done it was quick, easy very attentive to detail. She made my eyebrows so perfect even with having a scar on one. I've always had trouble with getting my eyebrows to look symmetrical due to my scar but Safa did her work and did her miracles. I will be returning again. read more

Gone are those days, but with Safa Elite you will never venture elsewhere. She is thee best in Vegas IMHO!!! She does a nice, clean thorough job. I don't see any hairs lingering like I would seeing other threaders. So glad I can see her more often since I am on this side of town. Booking with her is very easy, you can add her on Instagram and her bookings scheduler is right on her bio. A wonderful experience today with Safa. This was my first time seeing her and I will absolutely be back. She is super sweet and friendly, her prices are very affordable and she did an awesome job on my eyebrows, lip and chin today. I am EXTREMELY selective and nervous about getting my eyebrows done anywhere. But when I say Safa did so well on my brows that she made me question the salon I typically go to at home, I mean it! I am not from Vegas but travel here frequently for work. On a longer work stint, I needed my brows touched up. Typically, she works by appointment, but I happened to walk in at an opportune time when she just had a cancellation. I sat in her chair and she proceeded to make my eyebrows look better than ever. So, I recently moved from the Midwest and I had a person I'd go there regularly for my eyebrows and he usually did a good job. I was nervous finding a different specialist for my eyebrows since I'm usually pretty resistant to change. I came across Safa on Groupon. I used a deal about a year ago when I moved and I have NEVER gone anywhere else. She is absolutely amazing. Much better than my person back in the Midwest. What makes Safa so great? The attention to detail truly blew me away. She takes her time to make sure your eyebrows are absolutely stunning once you leave. I always love how they turn out and she always listens to any adjustments you want in your shape. I also love the fact that she has a membership that's honestly such a great deal. You can go multiple times a month for your brows, or for other parts of your body depending on which membership you get. It's not mandatory for her services, but I have one and it's pretty sweet. Safa is also always so extremely sweet and pleasant. I always love chatting with her. She never gives you any bad vibes or attitude, even if she is running behind. She'll always be focused on you. I cannot recommend Safa enough. She's absolutely wonderful! Please have her as your go-to person, you won't regret it. read more

And don't bother calling because it's an "855" number that goes to voicemail. I understand things happen and a courtesy call would've been great so I could've made other arrangements. This should be ZERO star...absolutely unacceptable!!!!! And now I have to find somewhere else last minute for my lash lift.

I hired hair and makeup services for my wedding. It was easy to book, and they respond to emails…read more The quality of the services was good--I think I looked like the pictures I shared, and both hair and makeup lasted. Unfortunately, though, timeliness is a problem. I booked from 1-3 and emailed to ensure that was a sufficient timeframe for the work. I was assured that the team they were sending could manage it. The hairstylist arrived on time, but the makeup artist was so late, arriving after 2:30. I called twice before she showed up to see what was going on and was told artists could arrive at different times in the window. When she did finally arrive she said she was running late from a different wedding. This messed up my wedding timeline and I didn't have time for the pictures that should have been happening while my makeup was still being done. Its unprofessional for the company not to have reacted appropriately when I called and arranged a backup, or at least offered an explanation other than she doesn't have to be there in the time you hired your beauty team to be there. It's extremely disappointing that something that should be fun and magical on my only wedding day was instead a cause of incredible stress, and the only thing that went awry with my timeline. For this reason, I can't recommend booking unless you are only getting one thing done with one person.
