Had an appointment on a Sunday at 1100am. On Friday, I rescheduled it to 1pm Sunday. That is 48 hours before my appointment. I even got a reminder on Saturday for my appointment on Sunday at 1pm. Arrived to their place at 1pm and nobody is in there. I called the number 3 times but no answer, straight to voicemail. I left a message. Never got a callback so I ended up just leaving. A couple months ago, something similar happened. I changed my Saturday 1000 appointment to 0930. the tech did not get there until 945, and was surprised to see me there. She said did not know I changed my time. But again I got a notification confirming my time has been changed. She said she couldnt see the change on her schedule. I was upset and told her they need to do something about the disconnect with her schedule and online booking software. She still did my lashes at 1000 so at least I got it done even tho it was late. This time, the place was completely deserted. No one is even answering the phone. Never going here again. Save your time and find a more reliable place! read more

I have naturally long eyelashes and love the length mascara affords me when I apply it! I thought a keratin lash lift would be the way to go, unfortunately, I was mistaken. Once my 24 hour aftercare period was up, I showered. My top lashes now curl upwards in a very annoying/uncomfortable way since my treatment. They brush up against my eyelids and constantly have that "heavy" feeling, like when you've been wearing eye makeup all day. I rub my eyes a lot since they feel really gritty. They also look sticky/clumpy. I'm not happy with my results, and I feel bad because this place had so many good reviews! The lady who did my treatment was exceptionally kind and polite- Galynn? like head hair, I guess not all lashes are created equally. I'm three days out and counting down to when my lashes hopefully grow back in how they were before, which, honestly, didn't need the lift to begin with. Live and learn. read more

I was fooled by the good reviews in the past as well. I gave it a week to feel out my lashes. They are decent, one side was more lifted than the other. The reason I would not recommend this place is because the tech was not well trained and the poor customer service. She poked me a few times and was rough when brushing out my lashes. Toward the end she said I wasn't relaxed, that's not possible when she was roughly pulling on them. Eyes are a sensitive area. When someone's getting any beauty services done, it's important to create a good experience too. Be gentle and possibly get more training if you're struggling so you know how to handle your tools better. If the customer is not doing something right, be sure to communicate that during the service rather than towards the end. I agree with other reviews where it seemed like they were upset the minute you walk through the door. Mine seemed agitated the whole time. read more

Ok, so I'm a little late on the review because I was waiting to receive the before and after pictures from my lash lift and tint. Still waiting...soooo here we go. I've never had this service done before but I knew I wanted to try it as I hate using a lash curler. My lash tech was Galynn and she was amazing! I think I semi passed out a few times only to be woken up by my snores and maybe a toot here or there (I'm sorry Galynn!!) But I was super relaxed in the chair. I think the whole process took a little over an hour but it went by quick because I was probably asleep for most of it. Lol Then I did not wash my face for over 24 hours so that I wouldn't mess up the beautiful job Galynn had done. However, the tint just didn't stay on so I might not opt for that next time. But the lift is still looking ok. I'm looking forward to my follow-up appointment with Galynn! Definitely bringing my family and friends to this beauty gem. Thank you Galynn!! read more

I have been going here for the last couple months and this place is amazing!! Before finding Lash Tactics, I tried a different place in centennial that fried my lashes and didn't even curl them. I tried both lash lift services they offer (with and without the tint), and DEFINITELY get the full keratin treatment with tint! This one curled my lashes better and longer about (6weeks) with them looking super healthy and hydrated. Just the plain lift treatment didn't lift my lashes as well and only lasted about 2-3 weeks for me. My natural lashes are heavy and straight but after the keratin lift treatment, they look amazing and like I'm wearing mascara without any on. The technicians really pay attention to detail and make sure every lash is curled and tinted. A little pricier than other salons and will run you about $115 with tip, but worth it. 100% would recommend above any other place! read more

My last visit my tech was super nice and friendly. I however was unhappy with the work and just left it at that. What a great little gem this place is. I did the eyelash lift here and it was beautiful and inexpensive. I returned a couple of months later for brow lamination and this review is mainly focused on that. I had terrible microblading done followed by ink removal. My eyebrows looked crazy for over 2 years, with red scarring all around my right brow. Just awful and painful to look at every day. After getting them laminated (penciled in and set with clear brow gel), I finally feel like I have eyebrows again. This gave me a lot of my confidence back. Update: Owner told me she would do a touch up for me and would reach out to me within a week. A week goes by and I don't hear anything from them so I give them a call regarding my touch up. The owner was very rude and belittling and was arguing with me about getting a touch up because she saw my review on Yelp. I told her I wanted a touch up. And she said "well based on your review we can't give you the results you want so we don't know if you still wanted to come to us" I kept telling her I just wanted a touch up because I wasn't happy with my results. And she kept saying "well I Just want to make sure we're on the same page" over and over and over!! And they told me they couldn't curl my lashes anymore than they already were and I think that's BS because one of my eyes was barely curled!! She made me very upset and frustrated, and she was very difficult to talk to. Eventually she gave in and gave me a spot for a touch up (which I'm not getting anymore because her attitude was horrible about it). But it took her forever to tell me that, and that was all I wanted. Never coming back here again. Very unprofessional and a waste of my money. You can do it yourself ladies for way cheaper. Don't waste your time. If you're not happy with your results they'll make you feel bad. Galynn was extremely kind and sweet, but the owner isn't!! 0/5 for customer service. Had the most amazing lash lift experience ever! Tialutrell uses this formula that she developed herself(and is now sold nationwide) thats called a Lash Helium. The results are amazing! Not only that, its good for your lashes too! I've had lash perming from other places before but this is an entirely different experience. Wow, I could not be more pleased with the result! I booked online and just one week later, Chantelle was lifting and sculpting my eyelashes. I was blessed with long lashes, but they are stick straight. Now my lashes curve gracefully upwards and they are black and shiny. No more clumpy mascara or raccoon eyes for me!
