Technician sent a text to cancel because he had personal issues. Never showed up on reschedule date but had the nerve to send me a bill via email. He never showed up! For the most part, the office has been nice but a certain technician has ruined it. I expressed that the technician is to never contact me or be on my property--I don't like liars! read more

The guy didn't even do our whole yard and then lied about it, I would recommend checking your camera footage if you have them since they come when nobody is home, could of been just one guy but that is not a great look for the company. One time they also left our gate open which isn't visible from the back door and our dog ran away, luckily my neighbor caught it and brought him back. Safari Lawn has gone a great job for us. They ( usually) call before they come. They are respectful and courteous . Grass is doing well. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star review is because not all the techs remember to call. ( I have 2 large territorial dogs) read more

I've been using Safari for 3 years now (maybe longer) after having tried 4 other services. Safari has kept my yard consistently weed free and looking better than all of the others. They have a schedule and stick to it. The others showed up at random times. And, Safari technicians are always helpful, polite and friendly. I'm very happy with Safari. read more

Well I've been with Safari for over a year and expected better. I had to dig many weeds out of my back yard last summer despite complaining to the office and the technician several times. This year they came and did the first treatment and I could see no evidence of them being here. Additionally I had paid for an entire year last year to get the discounted rate vs paying by the month. After this first visit this year I get a bill for $45 without being offered the discounted rate. Poor results and poor service. read more

Started using Safari this spring after having True Green for 3 years and our lawn looks better after a few months with Safari then it ever did with true green. Weeds and grasses that True Green said where tough to get rid of are gone. They always call to let us know their coming and always spot weed every time. They have been great. read more

In general Safari Lawn Care is OK. I have been a customer for several years. However, I have and continue have too many weeds and uneven greening in the lawn. I am considering a change if I don't see a change soon. read more

I have been a satisfied customer for over 6 years until recently. I received an invoice on my door indicating an application was made that day. I walked around my yard and saw no evidence of any fertilizer or week killer had been applied. I then checked my home security cameras and saw the technician made a VERY brief attempt to fertilize a small portion of the yard, failed to treat any of the weeds in the yard and left my house 5 minutes after arriving. I contacted the owner and emailed him the security footage and cancelled my service. I then found out 2 days later a neighbor had the very same experience with Safari. During the several years that I have used Safari Lawn Care they have consistently provided quality lawn service very unobtrusively. Many times I don't even know that they've been here until I see the granules or dye on the grass. I have recommended them to several of my neighbors and friends. When I have seen them in my yard and had questions or problems they always answered my questions. I have also called them on a few occasions with questions or problems and they have always thoroughly responded with answers or solutions. read more
