HearUSA.. service was good, people were friendly, tested was efficient, but prices were extremely high. I bought a set, and was never really happy with them. So I kept seeing Costco rated high, thought I would give them a try instead of going back to Hear.com. Brother am I glad I did. Lorraine was reception and she was friendly and helpful, but when I got tested I really saw the value. Rihina Bazurto was my audio specialist. What a professional and friendly person. Explained everything along the way. Made sure I was comfortable with all tests, their prices are very, very competitive and the sell a few top tier brands, not just a Kirkland brand. Godd service, top tier hearing aid, very competitive pricing (about 50% less than my old ones), professional people... if you can't read the quality i am typing, you need to go to their eye center first! Proximity and Convenience 1 star: Comparing Sam's Club to its direct competitor Costco, their biggest issue is that there are "few and far between"! I live in Porter Ranch and the closest Sam's Club is in Santa Clarita, which is about 20 miles and 30 minutes without traffic. In contrast, I can go to 7 different Costco locations within a 20 mile radius, and the closest is only 5 miles away! My situation is not atypical since there are only 7 Sam's Clubs in the entire LA County! Venue 5 stars: Walk in and you will swear you're at Costco! The setup and signage is almost identical! Nice large building and well arranged merchandise. The (Lack of) Crowds compared to the Northridge Costco that I usually go to is a godsend; almost worth the long car trip :D You can use the many self checkout stations or use their phone app to "shop and go"... No need to stand at any check out line... Just pay on the app and show your digital receipt when you exit. Very convenient. Merchandise 3.5 stars: Not as extensive as Costco but pretty close! They do have a few things that you do not find at Costco but there are many more Costco exclusives that you do not see here. For example, their meat, seafood and bakery sections aren't as large as Costco. Prices 4 stars: Sam's Club's prices are slightly better than Costco! Annual Membership Prices 4 stars: Standard membership is normally $50 per year but it is frequently discounted to attract new members. Comparable Costco membership is $65 per year. The Bottom Line 4 Stars: I wish they were closer to my house :) Other than the distance, they are a pretty solid one-stop shopping destination and highly recommended!

I had called the folks that we had bought the scale from originally, but could not get past their answering service. I Google searched for the part, and found that Selleton Scales also stocked what we needed. Dara took my phone call and probably spoke with me for thirty minutes, trying to determine exactly what was wrong with my scale to make sure I in fact ordered the correct part. Keep in mind that I did not purchase our original scale from Selleton, they just treated me as if I was their best customer of all time.
