They've made some nice improvements to this mall. Lots of things for families to do such as a train, slime making store, ball pit play place, a small arcade and a library. Outside there is also a play area and a cute pond with turtles. They have your typical stores like JC Penny, Macy's, and Bath and Body Works. My only complaint is the sky high prices at the food court (it's really a rip off). Other than that, I'd recommend. read more

I came to Valencia Town Center (VTC) in the City of Valencia because there was a Yelp event at Solita Tacos & Margaritas. Yes, I come from a far. Btw, it was an amazing event! VTC is within vicinity of three streets, McBean Parkway, Magic Mountain Parkway, and Valencia Blvd. It is a good size outside shopping center. It has two floors. Parking is plenty. Tip of the day is to park close to where you'll be spending most of your time. Otherwise, you may need to do some walking. Luckily, Solita Tacos & Margaritas was located along side the parking area. I didn't have to walk too far in to get to them. Thank you! I didn't get a chance to peruse this center much during my visit. I hope to one day be back to explore it a bit more. I visited this mall during the week. It was not busy at all. I enjoyed the quiet time and no lines while walking in this mall. This mall is both indoor and outdoor. For selection, like any other Westfield Mall, there is Macys, JCPenney , Victoria's Secret and many other stores. There is also food court which has a lot of options to pick and dine. For service, I went to several stores and I would say JCPenney had the most nice and helpful employees. I asked for help and employees were really nice and friendly even though store was closing. Most of the stores had great sales going on and it was perfect shopping experience. For parking, this mall has a huge parking lot and parking was not a big deal. Surprisingly, Valencia Town Center/Westfield type shopping mall is much cleaner and more spacious than most. Two stories. JCPenny, Macy's and more. The food court area inside is spacious and clean too. Foods aren't fancy inside food court, but you can recognize the ones similar to other Westfield shopping mall food retailers. If you really want to dine here, the dining patio outdoors have lots of space and better restaurants/bars. Looks great for simple or casual date nights and meetups outside. Yes, you can walk around outside too. Plenty of shops to look at. You can easily spot signs to public restrooms by the escalators. This is a safe and convenient shopping mall for Valencia and Santa Clarita residents as well as Magic Mountain visitors and travelers. I saw one Boba beverage place that sells fruity smoothies. Lots of potential in this plaza. Q store fashion shop is much smaller than others. Charlotte Russe store still exists. There are lots of discounts and deals here at the retail stores. Great place to wander around and browse. It was a good visit during this trip. Cashiers especially at JCPenny were well trained and experienced employees. You can find decent priced clothes with yellow tags on clearance racks and more. Good value. I didn't see huge crowds here as people rarely shop at the malls due to highly inflated prices everywhere, but this Valencia Town Center is worth getting your stretches. read more

Such a huge mall and really a beautiful space, but let's be real, it's kind of dead. Not a great selection of stores but there are a couple of gems in the outdoor area. There is a great variety of dining places though, and that's probably the biggest plus. The workers I've interacted with here have been friendly, but it's just sad to see a nice place like this go to waste. Definitely needs some work to liven things up a bit because as it is right now, it's not worth stopping by especially with other options like the Topanga Mall or the Glendale Galleria. read more

I really liked going to this mall when they actually had stores in it. I recently went today and it was empty, barely any stores open in this location. Also didn't realized they closed the pink store down and moved it in with Victoria secrets. You can now walk this mall real quick, but the outside stores seemed to all be open from the small area I was in while approaching Sephora. I had lunch at Suki Hana recently, and while the food itself was fine, the cleanliness of the area left a lot to be desired. There was a surprising amount of dust on the directional sign directly above the restaurant -- so much that some of it actually fell onto my plate while I was eating. VTC, previously owned by Westfield until a couple of years ago, has nearly 175 stores with JC Penny, Macy's, Gold's Gym, H&M, Forever 21 and Edward's Regal Theater as the main anchor tenants, spread out over 2 floors. One of the newer malls in the LA metro area, opening in the early 1990's, Valencia Town Center, despite the name, is located in Santa Clarita. The indoor fountain adds a nice aesthetic while the outside pond is a draw for shoppers. The food court includes local and national chain restaurants. There are several parking lots surrounding the mall that creates several entry points and adequate space for customers. read more

Came in to go to Pro Country and was super easy to find. Lots of parking and not too packed inside.

Update. I called and spoke with VTC security and was assured there are patrolling guards and cameras watching the turtle pond. They do seem sensitive to protecting those animals. I was there a few times when people were handling the turtles but apparently the facility does try to prevent that. I hope the public does our part. Even though there has not been a lot of movement over the last couple of years with new tenants moving in, I am leaving a five star review because I totally believe in the new mall ownership Centennial, the company out of Texas. It's okay overall. There are some decent stores and places to eat, and it's convenient if you're nearby. However, the mall feels a bit outdated, and there aren't many standout shops anymore. It can also get crowded, and parking isn't always easy during busy times. Fine for quick errands or casual shopping, but nothing special. read more

My SO and I usually stopped by here for our walk after a good lunch or dinner. (Trying to burn some calories after having that heavy and delicious meal). Haha Sometimes we or I go to some shops and buy some thing but most of the time we just window shop. Then rest either on the food court or where the Starbucks used to be and entertain ourselves with watching people and the like. Restrooms are available. Plentiful of parking. New shops are opened and I saw one at the food court to open soon. read more

Not much Christmas spirit! Who's decorating? It looks sad. A Santa area way by where Sears was. The Christmas tree in the middle is fine. That wreath in the very front is stupid looking. Looks like something at a tire center. Sad looking old wreaths on the lights down the promenade. Where's the ice skating rink, where's The lights strung all around, where's the decorations inside the mall other than the center and Santa's area? They used to hang down from the ceiling across the whole mall. It's just a sad looking Christmas at Valencia Town center. Went there to enjoy the day and see the decorations and shop a little. Left after about an hour. Why aren't you having the local schools come and do caroling? Other local groups doing entertainment outside and creating a destination for us for the holidays? These days the outside Newhall Mall is beautiful. Go look over there and come back and redo the Valencia Mall! read more

It been a while since I came to the Valencia Town Center until today. The last time I visited the town center was when Starbucks was still here. Starbucks is no longer here and some stores did closed. I came today with my wife because she was going to a event at Brighton. While she was doing that, I went inside the mall to look at some stores. I visited Hot Topic, H&M, Macy, It's Boba Time, Soma store and of course Brighton. I also went to the food court to see what they have but the only 3 places that stood out to me was Panda Express, Popeyes and Kebab House. read more

I didn't realize I was driving into a town center when I traveled to the 'City of Valencia,' Santa Clarita, CA for a day trip looking for a second stop, 'Sharetea.' I was going for the Crystal shop, 'Old World Apothecary,' store in the 'City of Valencia,' CA. on a random trip. I thought to stop for multiple businesses for reviews and just to check out the city. I lucked out on free parking again: someone else had remaining time left on a meter parking. This is another upscale town center like what we have existed in the Inland Empire such as Chino Hills' 'The Shoppes at Chino Hills,' or 'Victoria Gardens' Rancho Cucamonga's set up. I only went to Sharetea to fetch me a large boba milk tea for the rest of the drive back to LA so....didn't stick around much. This was an unusual trip out but glad I found the place. read more

I have been coming to the Valencia Town Center for 32 years. It is a great location with very nice restaurants and good stores. It requires an update for two reasons: 1. The restrooms are spread very far apart and it is inconvenient access for people with disabilities. 2. The skylights make the upper level very uncomfortable in the summer. Aside from these two facts, it is a wonderful and fun destination for the whole family. read more

Let me just start off this review with saying this is one of the most beautiful and well designed malls I have been to. We went this past weekend and first off, just about every store was open. The mall is divided into like 4 parts, with one having a group of stores and restaurants surrounding the mall like The Cheesecake Factory, and then you have the inside mall which has just about every shop or eateries you can think of, then they have this really cool upper outside area with so many other shops and restaurants, many are very unique to most malls. There is definitely over 200 stores here. The parking is free and lots of available parking, especially underground. I love the architecture and design of this mall. It's a nice place to walk around both inside and outside. The main department stores are Macy's and JC Penny's and they have a large circular food court. Lots of seating too. Some of the shops this mall includes are Hot Topics, H&M, Spencers, Forever 21, and Victoria's Secret- the usuals :). However like I mentioned before they have so many unique shops like J David's, Menchies Yogurt, Fun Factory, M. Fredrick, Crystal Palace, and Soma, etc. This list goes on and on. Just check out the directory listing on Google Maps! We are at the Lazy Dog, great lunch. You can see my review on that place. Very very crowded so if you like this place, get there early. I've been coming to this mall my whole life, while they have done some upgrades and added the patio, pond, etc they need more entertainment. The restaurants have carried it for years, and there's not many shops left sadly. They need to revamp the whole area and bring back the classics- they need to bring in shoe stores, some luxury places etc. not as much is offered as there once was! Really nice shopping center! Went here for the first time yesterday since we were in the area so we decided to drop by. The outside is gorgeous! Lots of shops outside and seating. There are glass fireplaces outside with comfy lounge chairs and couches. So much greenery and there's even a pond that has not only fish, but turtles! Seems like everyone out here takes care of the community so the turtles feel safe. Managed to get super close to take some photos without scaring them. We walked around inside the mall to check out some of the shops and surprisingly a lot of them were still under construction? Not sure how long ago this mall opened since there seemed to be older stores but also newer ones. Maybe it got renovated or something. A lot of the shops however are very tiny. Smallest GameStop and Tokyo Japanese Lifestyle stores we've ever seen! They're basically just tiny corners of the mall like as if a shop was split into thirds. Kind of sad to see since these stores definitely deserve more. They also all had some kind of plug in or freshener which you can smell immediately which was nice and refreshing but also made me think they were trying to hide some kind of smell it had before. At one point it sounded like a train was crossing on top of the building which was the weirdest thing so we assumed it was someone rolling some kind of bin or maybe it was one of those train rides that some malls have for kids. Turned out to be giant fans in the ceiling that were turning on. They were blasting so we could feel it but also they were extremely loud. It felt really out dated. First time shopping at a mall since Covid and I wasn't sure how comfortable I would feel. It actually was a great shopping experience. I didn't see any shoppers without masks. They had sanitizer stations set up around the mall and all the ones we used were working great. The stores had hand sanitizer for you to use before entering. No drinks in stores and they are enforcing it. This mall has all the stores I love and some I never heard of. I will definitely return when I have more time to check them out. This mall is a joke. If you rewind the tape 15-20 years ago this was an excellent mall with a lot of fun things to do and places to visit. It had a vibe and an enjoyable place to spend an evening. The stores in this mall are one off dumps with trashy things for sale. read more

It's a great place to shop and/or enjoy the different stores inside the mall. We came during the time of the pandemic, so there were not too many people going around. The mall required that your wear a mask, and for good reason as well! And the stores were actually limiting the number of people entering to shop. Store staff wore masks as well and stores did supply disinfectant for the customers' use. It's good to know that the center does enforce the Covid safety guidelines. Our main reason for visiting this place was to buy Funko Pop at Hot Topic, so Hot Topic is covered in another review. This mall was clean and very nicely decorated, more so that the Christmas season was approaching. So the Santa chair was out, the well-decorated Christmas tree was a very beautiful sight to see. When all this pandemic madness has come and gone (hope springs eternal), it would be nice to see this mall packed to the brim once again! read more

The food is great including the Service but some times they are not the best, but depending on if you've been with them before, and you already have good conversations. The wait is usually not long but, if it's a Friday night or a busy night, it's always hard to find seating cause a one person might take a 4 seater and stuff. The selection is ok in my opinion but some of the places have the same stuff on the menu so it's hard to find a great place that doesn't copy other stations. read more

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. My experience with the company was terrible. I was given a hard time by two of the employees when all I wanted was to retune my items. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! First, I was told by the lady that is in charge of the facials that I have to wait 1hr to make my return. That "hour" turned into almost two hours. I had to wait for a second employee named Will, and when he arrived he "tried to help" but in reality he was just telling me why I don't want the products. He said he has them too, even went as far as telling me, " Is it because you're broke?" "But why don't you want them?" " I gave you a good discount". The whole word exchange with him lasted for about 30 minutes. It took me about TWO HOURS from start to finish in order for me to get my refund back. Zero out of ten, I would not recommend. read more

I visited this mall for the first time several weeks ago, and it looks like a very nice mall overall. As a new resident of Valencia and the Santa Clarita area, I wanted to familiarize myself with what the city had to offer. Luckily, I live very close to this mall so my partner and I decided to make a visit. My first impression of the mall was that it was huge and had an interesting layout. It's a blend of both inside and outside stores that are connected together. However, I can tell that the mall showed signs of struggling financially because many stores, particularly the outside ones, were vacant. My assumption is that this happened during the COVID pandemic. Nonetheless, there were still quite a lot of shoppers going about their day. While we didn't do a lot of active shopping, we did very much enjoy the turtle pond that is located at the outside strip of the mall. I will probably return back to do some window shopping. read more

I was verbally attacked by one of the workers at the arcade palace inside the arcade. Me and my son walked in and started playing on the games and the worker decided to come up to me and yelled at me and my son to "GET THE FUCK OUT" I was very disappointed with the way this establishment treats their customers. And I know this doesn't make any difference, but my son has down syndrome and he started crying after this man told him this the description of the man is 5'9 350lbs Mexican with long curly hair and has tattoos on his upper right arm I hope this company is able to help me and my son feel welcomed here again ‍ read more

The service was 100 so good ! Waitress ALEX was very attentive and talkative throughout our table outing . She was the house of the party and so sweet ! But overall the food and drinks in happy hour was so good and worth it ! I got tipsy w only 2 drinks in so ya paying for what ya get which is good ! My prior experiences with the store were less than pleasant. Noel turned it all around. He took his time and didn't rush us at all. I don't know why this is called a Westfield mall. The outside stores are ok but the inside is so sad and deserted. And yes some stores are gone due to pandemic, but it was already such a sad little mall before then. With all the shopping online going you'd think they'd get it together and make it appealing to attract more people. read more

Okay... I don't know what stars to give because there are pros and cons. I went to the mall last weekend. I will be going again this weekend. Cons: A lot of stores are gone... Feels vacant. If you don't go on a weekend, the atmosphere is very somber... I think back to the days sears was open, the mall seemed more lively.. Pros: Mall is VERY clean! There are still some good stores. Very active security guards. I spoke to one of the lady security guards and she was very kind and hospitable. In a two hour visit, walking around to stores such as Charolette Russe, I must have seen this lady officer 10 times. Auntie Anne's still being open is another huge plus. My favorite stores in the shopping mall are Charolette Russe, PINK, and Victoria's secret. .... restaurants in the food court are ehhh, But the ones on the outside part of the mall are great! Me and the fam bam love Wokano. We order pick up from there often. My kiddos love the koi pond. The outside part of the mall is also pet friendly! We've seen dog treat dispensers which is such a cute and fun idea, however.. they were empty when we saw them. Overall... . Not exactly 5 stars. Pros outweigh the cons. Restrooms by the kids playground doesn't have changing table for little kids. So annoying when you're carrying a lot of stuff and still have to change a baby in the restroom without a changing table. It's a giant restroom!!! Crazy!! It is Valencia Town Center, ppl! Santa Clarita is known for family friendly but not this place. Restroom by playground doesn't have changing table.
