He listened to our needs and desires and provided useful information and suggestions. We decided to go with a Mannington ADURAMax luxury vinyl tile and brought home a number of samples. Joe came out to measure our floor a couple of days after we made our selection. He ordered the tile while at our home to made sure it was in stock. We were very pleased with the price. As soon as the tile was delivered to his warehouse, Joe called us and the installation was scheduled in less than two weeks. The installation was not an easy job as there were 2 layers of previous flooring to remove and the floor was not level. The installers were amazing! They were very professional, courteous and left the work site clean each day they were there. They did a beautiful job installing the tile! An added bonus is that our floor no longer squeaks. We plan on getting new carpeting in our family room and will definitely be using Carpet Heritage for that and for all of our future flooring needs. It was a very positive experience!

Bob's coordinates sofas, love seats, recliners with an area rug and accessories. It's nice to walk around and get ideas. Bob's claim they're having a sale. I feel like they mark things up to mark them down. I have bought high-quality furniture over the years and paid a premium, but that furniture has lasted me and is still in great shape.
