The furniture came in earlier than expected and I wasn't ready for it. He was extremely patient with me and I truly appreciate it. They did deliver to me on a Saturday afternoon. They were good also. They had to take apart the furniture to bring it in my house. Sunday Levi came over to put the furniture together. He was amazing!!! He was very polite and knew his job very well. My furniture is so well put together the Hulk could jump on it and do no damage to it. I was very happy with everything and I will be back for end tables in the near future. My husband and I went there yesterday thinking it would be a great chance to pick up some furniture for our new house. Thankfully, we told the sales associate we needed to double-check measurements before buying. When I got home and looked up the same items on their website, I realized they had marked up all the in-store prices. After the so-called "discount," the prices were basically the same as online. For example, they had a sofa table listed in-store with an "original price" of $1,300, but online it's only $450. Just a warning so no one else gets tricked by this. And when I asked the manager about this, she was full aware of the prices being doubled. Everything in that store is around $800- $1000 over the price online, so its not just a couple items here and there.

First, I noticed a price drop a few days after I purchased so I emailed the saleswoman who helped me to purchase. She told me the fine print says I couldn't get a price adjustment. I hadn't even gotten the bed yet at this point. Second, when I finally received my delivery date and one hour window, I cleared the time to ensure I was home. The store didn't even call me to tell me the delivery team was running late. I had to call the store and ask the status. The man on the phone had no clue who was delivering my bed. He didn't even have the delivery companies phone number so I could call and find out status on my own. He ended up calling me back with a status. Overall, my delivery was late by almost an hour on a Saturday, which delayed me in getting to my evening plans. After everything, Bassett did nothing. Did not even apologize. Never shopping here again and never recommending to anyone.
